A WWE Performance Center has opened in the UK. "Good Morning Britain" broke the news with British Strong Style. The timing was definitely a surprise, although this has been hinted at coming for a good while. I'm glad to see the UK scene having a top-notch facility available for training.

- Triple H then officially announced the facility opening. Finn Balor and Charlotte Flair attended.

- WWE then released a photo gallery of the facility.

- The center will initially have 30 trainees. We'll see how that expands going forward.

- A press release was issued to promote the facility's opening. I'm a little surprised it was able to be a secret all this time.

AEW is talking to two major cable stations for a weekly two-hour prime time series. That's MASSIVE for a promotion starting from scratch. They're also in early talks for an international TV home.

- While "Tuesday Night Dynamite" has been trademarked as a potential TV series title, there's no guarantee the show will air then.

AEW's creative team will be led by Tony Khan, although certainly the Young Bucks, Cody, and Brandi will be involved as well.

AEW's merchandise team will feature by Pro Wrestling Tees' president, Ryan Barkan. Another very qualified hire.

AEW is expected to add to its management team, including at least one more executive vice president.

Chris Jericho's AEW contract is exclusive for three years. He will not be able to wrestle for WWE, but will be able to work NJPW. It's amazing to think he's going to continue to be a major player in wrestling once he passes 50. He and WWE had been in discussions at the end of December, but that's off the table now.

- NJPW has ideas for Jericho to wrestle Hiroshi Tanahashi, Kazuchika Okada, and Minoru Suzuki.

- Jericho spoke on Busted open about speaking with Vince McMahon before signing with AEW.

AEW is signing talents to everything from per-date contracts to three-year contracts. This is a major operation.

Double or Nothing was originally set for the T-Mobile Arena, but that could have ended up hosting an NHL playoff date, so the show was moved. That venue can hold nearly 20,000 fans, which would have been an even bigger milestone for the company. The show will be distributed on PPV as All In was.

Starrcast 2 will precede Double or Nothing.

AEW's Florida event will be during the summer. Details are still being worked out.

- This event is "Fight for the Fallen," which was trademarked with the other key AEW terms.

AEW is looking at another Illinois show on Labor Day weekend 2019, as the anniversary of All In. This will likely be another PPV.

AEW is scouting Japanese women, including from Stardom. Mayu Iwatani was sought, but she's currently exclusive to ROH and is booked for G1 Supercard.

AEW's Florida rally had more than 1,000 fans. HBO Vice filmed material there, but just as a news story.

WWE sought Hangman Page for NXT on a "main roster" salary, while Cody and the Young Bucks were sought for Raw or Smackdown Live. All of them were being worked into major roles, and WWE had plans for the latter three debuting at Royal Rumble and having a storyline going into WrestleMania. Had Cody and the Jacksons gone to WWE, AEW wouldn't exist.

BJ Whitmer has joined AEW as a producer, as was expected.

AEW is expected to get a working agreement with NJPW due to Kenny Omega likely joining the promotion in February. AEW is expected to be Omega's priority.

- AEW is looking at further working agreements with other international promotions. That will be a big boost to the promotion. They're making big moves quickly.

NXT UK is expected to sign WOS'  Viper and Kay Lee Ray as they expand their women's division.

WrestleKingdom 13 was cut short, as the edict was to end at 9 p.m. local time. A number of matches felt rushed as a result.

Kota Ibushi might have an eye injury on top of his concussion.

WrestleKingdom 13 was the best Japanese wrestling draw since at least Antonio Inoki's 1998 retirement. There were almost 6,000 non-Japanese fans in attendance. It's amazing to see how much things have improved for the brand in the last two years.

New Japan World saw a 20% subscription increase for WK13.

John Cena vs. Lars Sullivan is planned for WrestleMania, with the build expected to begin at Royal Rumble. That could really be big for Lars.

Ronda Rousey vs. Sasha Banks was partly Ronda's idea, with her wanting to work with Sasha. The original plan was Ronda vs. Charlotte Flair, but that's been postponed because WrestleMania looks to be Ronda vs. Flair vs. Becky Lynch.

Impact ratings for Pursuit might not be available due to the low number of people who receive that channel. The audience level is highly expected to drop drastically.

Former NWA Champion Gene Kiniski will be the subject of an upcoming book.

Sabu is working on an autobiography. That could really be interesting.

Impact is expected to replace McKenzie Mitchell with Melissa Santos at the Mexico tapings. Mitchell made the decision to leave, rather than it being a case of Impact releasing her.

Impact's Monday taping drew 250 fans. That's rough.

WWE is considering using NXT's Tino Sabbatelli as an announcer, since it's not looking like he's going to be cleared any time soon. I hope he can stay in some capacity.

Stardom is changing their streaming service. The new version should be up January 29 and will cost 925 yen a month. There continues to be no live streaming.

AEW will have Alex Marvez on hand as an announcer in some form. He has a long history with AEW President Tony Khan.

Mustafa Ali is on Chris Jericho's latest podcast. This was taped before Jericho joined AEW.

Edge and Christian did a Q&A episode on their latest podcast.

ROH has announced the following:
- Sumie Sakai vs. Madison Rayne vs. Jenny Rose for tonight's TV taping in Georgia
- Kelly Klein vs. Rockelle Vaughn for the WOH Championship for tonight's TV taping in Georgia
- Jeff Cobb vs. Shane Taylor vs. Jonathan Gresham vs. Rhett Titus in an elimination match. If Taylor, Gresham, or Titus win, they get an instant TV Championship match.

MLW will have another live broadcast in spring.

MLW has signed Ricky Martinez to a three-year deal.

MJF will return to MLW on their February 2 event. He is able to work both AEW and MLW.

Jesse Ventura has announced his first-ever wrestling convention appearance for The Big Event in New York on March 9. That will be interesting.

Bill Goldberg will be on next week's episode of "The Goldbergs" on ABC.

Nikki Cross officially worked her final NXT match at the January 9 taping.

"Fighting With My Family" will debut at Sundance Film Festival on January 28. This could really be a big milestone for WWE.

Daniel Bryan, Baron Corbin, Bobby Roode, and Mojo Rawley promoted Royal Rumble.

AXS promoted their new Friday lineup with NJPW, WOW, and MMA's Legacy Fighting Alliance.

WWE has canceled the January 28 Smackdown Live live event "due to production issues." It's possible we see Smackdown Live talents on Raw that night as a result.

Raw's January 11 live event saw No Way Jose, The B-Team, and Tyler Breeze defeat Jinder Mahal, Mojo Rawley, Konnor, and Samir Singh. Neither Viktor nor Sunil Singh were in action. WWE books some odd combinations on live events sometimes.

Monday's Raw has added:
- Dean Ambrose vs. Seth Rollins vs. Bobby Lashley
- Ronda Rousey and Sasha Banks vs. Nia Jax and Tamina

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. It looks to be something they're still working on.

2. This kind of knee-jerk reaction is exactly why WWE management doesn't try to please everybody. The matches ended up not airing, and there had been reports they wouldn't air once they taped. Both talents will have a future opportunity to make a TV debut. As always, the number of people who even know about the dark matches or watch Main Event is such a small part of the audience most fans won't even know what happened.

3. To add to this, to some degree it's a matter of when they find the footage. There's a huge amount of content to upload, and at times they discover things they didn't know they had! They got the tape libraries as they were; some things might have been mislabeled or not mentioned when they were originally put together by the company WWE got them from.

4 is a repeat.

5. I would be surprised if they're on TV before fall. They need time to sign enough names to fill a weekly show, and it would make sense to use the Nevada and Florida shows to further build an audience. That said, the pacing has surprised me a lot so far, so that could continue!

Nothing to add to 6.

More wrestling tomorrow.
