Kofi Kingston will sign the WWE Cookbook at San Diego Comic Con.

Elias is attending Baltimore's WWE Night MLB game on August 3.

Charlotte Flair spoke before this week's Smackdown Live in a weird combination of being in character and out of it.

Will Ospreay accepted Seth Rollins' Twitter apology. Another classy gesture. I'm glad they're putting it behind them because both men are very talented.

Kofi Kingston discussed New Day's pancakes and more. Interesting note about wrestling in tennis shoes vs. traditional boots.

Kalisto granted his first Make-A-Wish. That's awesome.

Ronda Rousey did a video about missing wrestling. Get you a woman who will put you through a table, I guess?

Slammiversary will showcase partnerships from the local NFL Alumni Association.

WWE will tape both Raw and Smackdown Live on November 8 in England. It looks like they're making changes to the tour in order to prepare for the next Saudi Arabian date, which is so important to the company's bottom line that they've canceled several UK tour dates.

EVOLVE 132 has added:
- Atruro Ruas teaming with Austin Theory against Josh Briggs and Orange Cassidy.
- Babatunde vs. Joe Gacy
-- The event will have meet-and-greets with DIY and Matt Riddle. Ciampa is also set for meet-and-greets at the August 24 and August 25 EVOLVE events.

Smackdown Live is getting its own comic book timed with its FOX debut. Notably the synopsis mentions The Undertaker and Kane, so perhaps WWE plans for them to appear on the first episode.

Braun Strowman promoted Saturday's Raw live event.

WWE showed EVOLVE's history with current WWE stars. That's pretty cool. I'm sure we'll see more more names come through that promotion in the years to come.

Smackdown Live drew 1.89 million viewers Tuesday night, so there wasn't any boost for a hypothetical new direction. It's possible the audience that would be curious about Bischoff's tenure knew he wasn't likely to have any say on this particular episode.

Impact's "Bash at the Brewery" event tomorrow night will be headlined by Rob Van Dam vs. Sami Callihan in an Extreme Rules match. Not sure it was wise to reference WWE's upcoming show with that stipulation, but that could be a really fun match.

MLW got a long July 4 marathon on beIN Sports. Glad to see it!

Raw will feature Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch vs. Andrade and Zelina Vega. Works for me!

Kazuchika Okada and Hiroshi Tanahashi spoke to The Ringer before their match in Texas. It's a pretty in-depth piece about their rivalry.

Perro Aguayo passed away at 73. AAA and CMLL offered condolences, while The Wrestling Observer and PWInsider covered his career.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. I guess it's like a WWE Network special, if we're using the WWE metaphor. Or maybe more like an HonorClub event in the sense it's not one of the most important shows of the year. Like Fyter Fest, Fight For the Fallen is a unique situation as they gear up for All Out and regular TV tapings. They did have a challenge simultaneously promoting both B/R specials so close together without one overshadowing the other. I expect it will be easier to build events once they're on TNT.

2. I should point out that Jim Cornette isn't always angry and he doesn't hate everything in the business, but he definitely feels strongly about the direction talents like the Bucks are taking with, in Jim's view, everything just being a big performance you shouldn't take seriously. I used to feel similarly, but given the success they're able to achieve, they're clearly onto something! Between the business being successful in this style and it being less successful trying to emulate what worked decades ago, I'm supportive of these talents taking the ball and running with it.

3. The questioner pretty much mirrored my thoughts on the show exactly. I see both sides on the Moxley-Janela thing. I think it made sense for two tough hardcore guys to do a tough hardcore match, but am generally on the side of big gimmick matches being saved for a blowoff to an important feud. I don't think I've mentioned this in a while, so, for instance, I dislike WWE doing Hell in a Cell matches just because it's time for that PPV rather than protecting those stipulations for when a feud is so intense it has to be settled in such an important manner.

4. I'm definitely starting to see Khan as someone caught up in the hype and excitement. That's not inherently a bad thing, but he comes across as just the guy signing checks for talents he likes doing cool things rather than the leader of a well-funded company, and I wonder what happens when he needs to step in and be the boss. No disrespect intended to Khan; he seems like a great guy who genuinely enjoys the business and wants it to be successful.

5. It's 100% worth viewing that match in context, where the overconfident Kenny Omega didn't put his opponent away in three minutes. How many people who see Kenny Omega in 2019 have even seen that match? For whatever it's worth, that show was attended by 1,300 people in Korakuen Hall and the promotion still runs regularly.

More wrestling tomorrow.
