WWE TV dark matches, WWE team back in action, more live JR podcasts, AEW afterparty set, Booker discusses Starrcast situation, Summerslam meeting schedule, Becky on ESPN Magazine, new HonorClub matches, new FFTF segment and wrestler, new way to watch Fusion, WWE execs honored, WWE officially announces MSG return, new Extreme Rules match, Alberto's MMA opponent, top champion out of the ring, Sasha training in Japan, football cameo on Raw, and a NJPW injury

After Raw, Becky Lynch defeated Lacey Evans to retain the Raw Women's Championship. Then, Seth Rollins defeated Baron Corbin in a street fight to retain the Universal Championship.

The Authors of Pain had their first tag match since January at Monday's Smackdown Live live event, losing to the team of Ali and Matt Hardy, who had never teamed previously. I hope the Authors are used better than that on TV. I like Ali a lot, but, wow, that hurts AOP's image.

Jim Ross and Conrad Thompson's podcast is doing live events in Florida on July 12 and Pennsylvania on July 14.

All Out will have "Janelapalooza" as its after party. That should be interesting.

Booker T. discussed pulling out of Starrcast III. The dispute over Meltzer's report honestly just comes across as Meltzer saying "All Out" when he should have said "All Out weekend" or "Starrcast (III)." The wording isn't great, but I didn't take it as Meltzer stating Booker would be at All Out itself.

WWE has announced Summerslam's meet-and-greet schedule. Please tell me the 24/7 Title is on the line during Drake's signing if he's the champion. Although of course they don't want fans trying to pin him.

Becky Lynch and GLOW's Alison Brie are on the cover of ESPN's latest magazine. That's good to see.

ROH's July 21 HonorClub event has added:
- The Kingdom vs. Jay Lethal, Jonathan Gresham, and Alex Shelley
- Shane Taylor vs. Eli Isom for the Television Championship
- Dalton Castle vs. Rush
- PJ Black vs. Silas Young
-- That sounds quite interesting.

Fight For The Fallen will feature Chris Jericho "with a live mic" in his first appearance since Double or Nothing.

- The event will also feature TJPW's Shoko Nakajima, which means she'll be missing a Japanese date. I hope that doesn't hurt her standing in Japan; I look forward to seeing her at FFTF.

MLW Fusion will now stream on PlayStation Vue while it airs on beIN Sports.

Stephanie McMahon and Michelle Wilson will be honored by Cynopsis this September as Top Women in Media for Sports-Centric Brands.

WWE officially announced Raw and Smackdown Live in Madison Square Garden on September 9 and September 10, the first TV tapings there since November 2009. In what I'm sure is a coincidence, AAA is running the same venue that weekend.

Extreme Rules has added The Revival vs. The Usos for the Raw Tag Team Championship. No word of it being an Ucey Hot on a Pole match, but there's still time.

Alberto El Patron will face Tito Ortiz in an upcoming MMA bout for Combate Americas. No date has been set for the bout, but that's very newsworthy.

Kofi Kingston didn't wrestle this week due to back issues. He's still expected for Extreme Rules. Wow, Samoa Joe could end up getting two titles due to forfeit in pretty short order.

Sasha Banks trained at Japan's Sendai Girls dojo. Glad she's getting some different experience.

Raw's Gary Garbutt was former AAF football player Kosha Irby. I mean, you know, before it was Cedric Alexander in the main event. I'm curious if we'll see "Gary" again, since WWE had some AAF players try out at the WWE Performance Center.

Kota Ibushi injured his ankle at G1 Climax in Texas, but continues to keep wrestling. I hope he's able to rebound as soon as possible.

Before Smackdown Live, Ali defeated Buddy Murphy for the fourth straight week. It's kind of a shame SDL doesn't have a version of Main Event where we could see some of the other talents in action.

After Smackdown Live, Bayley defeated Charlotte Flair to retain the Smackdown Live Women's Championship.

More wrestling tomorrow.
