I would think this is part of kind of a "changing of the guard" toward younger names. Given how ratings have fallen, I see why WWE feels the need to make changes to different philosophies.

WWE has cut a substantial number of office staff who had been furloughed in April. While some furloughed names had recently returned, it appears a significant number will not do so. WWE has drastically cut back on traveling, and that doesn't look to change soon, so it's not surprising they're removing people who work in that part of operations.
Dynamite will have a special one-hour episode next week regardless of the NBA playoffs situation. That would be a good time to test the waters for their spinoff show.

Impact voiceover artist Barry Scott has passed. I really loved his distinctive work. He will be heavily missed, and I hope the company honors him at Bound For Glory.
NXT UK's Heritage Cup has been announced with the following rules:
- The Cup is an eight-man tournament, with A-Kid, Joseph Conners, Noam Dar, Dave Mastiff, Trent Seven, Flash Morgan Webster, Alexander Wolfe, and another competitor to be announced.
- Each match will have six three minute rounds with 20 seconds between each round.
- If a competitor scores a fall in a round, that round is over.
- A competitor needs two falls to win the match.
- A match will end immediately with a KO or disqualification.
Wolfie D was hospitalized with a blood clot following a recent surgery for a torn quadriceps muscle.
WWE has released Irwin R. Schyster and Sarah Stock from their producer roles. Both had been furloughed.
