Interviews with Cornette/Rollins/Swagger/Zayn, Bryan vs. Ziggler update, another free month of the Network, Hogan keeps training, more on Tara vs. TNA, Impact in Canada update, and Questions on Vince taking over WWF, Rusev vs. Cena, rebooking the Rumble, original plans for Bryan, and Velvet-TNA

Jim Cornette talked about the Young Bucks, being a manager in different territories, and more. I'm glad someone else hates the spotmonkey style of wrestling that's so popular among diehard fans. I'm impressed by the moves, but you might as well just call it a circus act or something instead of pretending it's an actual match. Clearly the whole point is to show off your cool moves instead of telling a story of one team trying to beat the other.

Daniel Bryan and Dolph Ziggler are pushing to have a match against each other at WM31 on Twitter. The Authority could easily have them face each other as some kind of punishment. Maybe the loser has to leave WWE UNLESS Sting beats HHH that same night? That way they wouldn't actually have to do the tired firing angle.

Seth Rollins talked about wanted to work with HHH, the WWEPC, and more. He had a good unique perspective on training in NXT.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.
Jack Swagger talked about working with Zeb Colter and more. I used to crack up at Colter's promos pretty routinely. He's one of the best minds in the history of the business, for sure.

As was mentioned on Smackdown, the WWE Network will be free for new subscribers in the month of February. This theoretically locks them in as ordering WM31. That's quite clever on their part.

Update: here's the official press release. It will be interesting to see the subscriber numbers for Q1 2015.

Hulk Hogan continues to train for a theoretical WM31 comeback. I'd be OK with it if it's a brief nostalgia match and doesn't bump something more important off the card.

NXT Champion Sami Zayn talked about working a WWE tour of the UAE:
- I really appreciate what's been done in NXT, but I don't know if there should be an NXT match at WM31. Maybe if it's some kind of eight-man tag or something showing off a number of top names, but not a full-fledged match like Neville vs. Zayn. I'd rather see some people not get bumped from the show for the sake of comedy/guest host segments than an NXT showcase.

- I'd like to see Zayn face Christian and Mysterio as well, but it doesn't look like either of them will be returning to a WWE ring.

PWInsider.com looked into Victoria/Tara's recent shots at TNA. This is why it's important to hear both sides of the story. I think that's often a lost value.

TNA will begin streaming Impact Wrestling to Canadian viewers on Saturdays as they work on a TV deal there. Hopefully they get something together for Canada soon.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. It'd be really cool to read about the days before Vince, Jr. took over. Were other parties interested in taking over? What would they have done differently? Since eventually Vince, Jr. will have to leave the family business to the next generation, it's interesting to know how things were similar and different the last time this happened.

2. I think Rusev's better than Kozlov and Khali. I see him more along the lines of Umaga. Hopefully he'll continue to be booked strong after the Cena feud and won't go down the path Umaga did outside the ring. Rusev's got something worth investing in. They need to be careful in how they make use of that.

3. I like both of those teased endings, even if the second one could have been more of a stretch and could have been more difficult to execute. The ending they did do makes sense from the standpoint of continuing Reigns vs. The Authority, but I would also have liked for names like Ziggler and Bryan to have been positioned better. They could still have had Kane and Show get heat on Reigns while presenting the younger names as stars.

4. Bryan vs. Lesnar could have been AMAZING. I think Bryan's title reign would have actually turned out pretty well had he not been injured. Would he have been positioned as the next John Cena? Maybe not. But he could still have been a really big deal.

5. It wouldn't surprise me if they just signed her to a short-term deal as part of keeping her boyfriend Bully Ray last year. I wouldn't rule out her returning in due time, but it's not in the works right now. I don't see us seeing her for the next few months, at least, given she's not at the UK tapings. After that? Who knows, maybe they work something out.

More wrestling tomorrow.
