AAA Championship update, NXT injury notes, more Taker, TNA World Title Series update, ROH 14th anniversary show set, Taker appears on Fallon, and Questions on beating Brock, Brock blading, WWE ignoring TNA, NXT's promo class, and faces vs. heels

Alberto Del Rio has been officially stripped of the AAA Championship. AAA says he was willing to come in and drop the belt in a match, but WWE made the call not to let that happen. I get wanting to keep your new U.S. Champion strong, but it's a professional courtesy to have someone finish up what they've been advertised for.

Sami Zayn did some minor workouts in the WWEPC en route to a hopeful early 2016 return. I'd love to see him in either the Rumble or on Raw the night after WM32. He's a really good talent.

Hideo Itami is still on the shelf for the time being after his shoulder surgery. He could be staying out until 2016, too. I expect him to continue working in NXT for a while after his return.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

Seth Rollins is officially on the mend after surgery. I hope he comes back bigger than ever.

The Undertaker is booked for Raw. Taker/Kane vs. the Wyatts could be a lot of fun. It's good to have Taker around outside of Mania season.

TNA will tape the semifinals of their world title series in India. There are definitely people who expect Mahabali Shera to win the title there. The series will definitely continue into 2016.

ROH's 14th anniversary show will be live on PPV on Feb. 26. The following day will have a TV taping in the same venue. It's amazing it's been more than 13 years since ROH and TNA were formed after WCW and ECW went out of business.

The Undertaker appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon to Tombstone Brad Maddox in a turkey suit. That's the biggest role Maddox has had since he was the referee for Punk vs. Ryback at HIAC.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. I'd love to see Daniel Bryan go for it. Cesaro, Crews, Balor... there are some fun possibilities.

2. There's no evidence he did it, so I don't see any reason to think he did.

3. I guess they consider TNA enough of a potential competitor they don't want to give them any publicity. ROH, until recently, was "just an indie" with no TV deal, so they weren't on WWE's radar as much. It wasn't all that long ago TNA was seen as potentially reaching WWE's league. WWE probably doesn't want to remind fans they can check out the Hardys, Angle, Lashley, etc. in another active promotion.

4. THAT WOULD BE AMAZING. Yeah, I don't see Heyman going to Florida full-time, but man, imagine that. Flair or Scott Hall would be my other choices off the top of my head. I know Regal would do well at that, too. As for Graham, I think he's still got some issues health-wise.

5. There can and should be complex antiheroes and flawed heroes, for sure, but there's a reason successful stories are built on good vs. evil instead of having characters going every which-way. Just sending out characters to do whatever is silly. They need to have sides. Cena's actually a good example of a character done well since we know what he stands for and he doesn't change sides every year. I can just imagine the IWC doing something like Star Wars. "Yeah dude in the second movie Darth turns face but still kills a lot of people. Luke turns heel because he's just too goody-two-shoes. Then the third movie has Han Solo turn heel on Darth to kill Luke."

More wrestling tomorrow.
