Another TNA name retiring?, TNA officially moves India tour, territory family patriarch passes, and Questions on the Gooker, Foley stopping watching, Vince pushing Reigns (again), and War Games matches in WWE

Awesome Kong was recently announced as retiring. She has confirmed she'll no longer be wrestling in Japan, but remains under contract to TNA until January and intends to honor her commitments there. What she does after that contract ends is still up in the air. She's been one of the most successful stars TNA has ever featured, and was set for a big push in WWE. I hope she makes the right choice for her health and for her future career.

TNA sent out a press release confirming their tour of India has been moved to 2016. That was going to be a big deal for them. Hopefully they really turn things around next year after a lackluster 2015 on DA.

Territory era star Tommy Gilbert passed away at 75 on Thanksgiving morning. He was an absolute legend and will be missed.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. There's an alternate universe where Undertaker was a flop, but Gooker became a legend with a more than 20 wins at WrestleMania.

2. I wrote Mick's opinions off a long time ago, really. Either watch or don't watch. There's no need to tell everyone about it if he's not going to do something to change it. If it really bothers him that much, he should talk to the people who actually work there and could potentially do something to change what he doesn't like. Or, hell, he could buy tickets or appear for another promotion whose work he does enjoy.

3. WCW was pretty insane.

4. There's really nothing new to say about Vince pushing Reigns. Some think he's ready for that spot and some don't. Unless something massively changes, Vince is going to keep pushing his guy instead of the other names mentioned. No one on the Internet can change that unless they support the names they do like by buying their merch, cheering for them at the shows they've bought tickets for, etc..

5. WWE's not crazy about doing matches that involve elaborate setups like War Games matches. I don't see that changing anytime soon.

More wrestling tomorrow.
