Latest on Alberto, surprising name back on WWE Legends deal, WM31 revenue revealed, WWE enters VR world, more from WWE in India, when Smackdown moves to USA, WWE-MSG notes, WWE live event notes, and Questions on Paige's character, Taker's "workrate," why Bray attacked Taker, and WWE continuity

Alberto Del Rio wasn't at the most recent AAA TV taping, as expected. He remains the promotion's champion as of this writing.

"Superstar" Billy Graham has signed a new legends contract with WWE after speaking with Triple H and visiting at a recent Smackdown taping. This is the latest example of hell freezing over in the wrestling business. Graham had previously asked to be removed from the Hall of Fame and tried to sell his Hall of Fame ring. Now, though, he'll be attending AXXESS for WM32 and WWE will release merchandise for him in 2016. This was unexpected, but a positive surprise. I hope it bears fruit for both sides, and their relationship remains a positive one.

WWE released a statement on the impressive amount of revenue WM31 brought to the San Francisco area. That's great for all involved.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.
WWE has added content from Summerslam weekend as VR content. That's really cool!

WWE has announced they'll do live events in India in January. That could really be a big market for them (and wrestling as a whole) in the years to come.

Smackdown will debut on USA Network on January 7. I hope that helps the show's audience.

Cena vs. Rel Rio for the U.S. Championship is advertised as the main event for the Dec. 26 show in MSG. I hope ADR doesn't lose the belt back to Cena. They need to make the most of the former WWE/World Champion's return.

Interestingly, Goldust is also advertised for WWE coming back to MSG. So, it looks like he'll get some more time on the main roster after all. I wonder how much they'll get out of the veteran at that stage. I think he could do good things in NXT in 2016.

Here's a live report from WWE's recent show in Dublin. Balor beating Sheamus is a pleasant surprise. More on Rollins tomorrow. What happened was a very unpleasant surprise.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. "Total Divas" is kind of its own semi-connected universe. Either way, they have turned her on TV way too much. She needs to stay heel until there's a real reason to turn her face again. At some point, it's not believable to get behind her as a face because she's turned so much.

2. Taker's probably got another great match in him in the right circumstances. Taker vs. Rollins could be pretty good, I think. I don't think they'll go that route, though.

3. Survivor Series is the 25th anniversary of Taker, so presumably this is setting something up for that show. And last time Bray didn't have three monsters helping him out.

4. IT'S A WORK. They'll ignore their history as they please because a lot of fans don't go back that far or don't care enough to stop watching as a result of them playing loose with continuity. HIAC was the rubber match for the series of matches they had after Brock's return. It's not a big deal.

5. I think there'd be interest. Maybe not huge interest, but definitely interest.

More wrestling tomorrow.
