Pro Wrestling Tees will open a retail store in Chicago next weekend. The Young Bucks, Cody, Marty Scurll, Kenny Omega, Hangman Page, DJ Z, Brian Cage, Jeff Cobb, Michael Elgin, ACH, and Sami Callihan will all be appearing at the store within its first four days - DJ Z will be doing DJ sets, the Bullet Club names will be doing a meet and greet, and the other names will be doing appearances and signings. PWT has done pretty well for itself by offering a home for a lot of different non-WWE performers to have merchandise.

Jinder Mahal and the Singh brothers will be in India next week to promote the upcoming tour there. It will be interesting to see what that means for Smackdown live events.

Finn Balor was acknowledged on screen at an NHL game in Madison Square Garden.

WWE.com examined Kane's 20-year WWE run. That's an amazing amount of time to wrestle as one character. And is anyone shocked he wrestled Big Show 76 times? Geez.

Mick Foley discussed Stephanie McMahon's part in his next book. Despite their on-screen history, he generally goes to bat for her as a person.

Bobby Roode talked to ESPN. NXT has definitely been a good destination for some people new to the world of WWE. I hope Roode is able to be a big success on Smackdown and Raw in due time. He's a workhorse, through and through.

WWE is now selling Mattel's fashion dolls. I hope those are a hit.

NWA has launched an Instagram page and a YouTube account, promoting the NWA Champion as he recently appeared at CWFH. This is the first step in the Corgan-Lagana era of the company. CWFH doesn't have a huge reach, but it is available in a good number of small markets.

WWE has sent out fan surveys asking fans to rate talents in various departments, as well as asking how much fans would pay for a meet-and-greet with each talent. Names from Raw, Smackdown, NXT, and 205 Live were included. Specifically, WWE asked for ratings in familiarity with the talent, how good they are at connecting with fans, mic skills, wrestling skills, entertaining entrances, and convincing characterization. This could be valuable at gauging interest from part of their fan base.

- The survey also asked for fan interest in WWE and NXT (separately), as well as how often fans watch Raw, Smackdown, NXT, Total Divas, and Total Bellas. Additionally, the survey asked about how fans watch WWE content, their use of social media, and accessing WWE news before asking how much money fans spent on WWE merchandise in the last year and when fans last attended various WWE events. So, it was a pretty intensive questionnaire.

WWE Network is debuting a new documentary series called "365" after Survivor Series, focusing on a year in a superstar's career. The first episode will focus on Kevin Owens.

NXT's past episodes (from the original "reality show" version) will be uploaded to WWE Network once the service finishes with World Class content. That show was something else...

Impact drew 251,000 viewers this week, continuing the show's slump. The tapings after BFG are going to be important for trying to revitalize the brand. Hopefully Alberto returning brings some of the audience back; interest in the company is back to where it was in the weekly PPV era.

Moose is seeking bookings independently of Impact. I wouldn't read too much into that, but it's definitely something to note.

Anthem is trademarking the term "Impact Grand Champion." I expect they'll quietly stop using the GFW name on-air starting at BFG.

On this week's NXT, Andrade "Cien" Almas faces Johnny Gargano and Nikki Cross, Liv Morgan, and Peyton Royce compete in a triple threat qualifying match for the NXT Women's Championship match at the Takeover special in Houston. I'm hoping Cross takes that one.

WWE Network will air Friday the 13th editions of Smackdown as well as other related content on this upcoming Friday. That's fitting.

ROH and NJPW have announced a slew of new matches for Global Wars:

- Motor City Machine Guns vs. Young Bucks vs. Vinny Marseglia & TK O'Ryan for the World Tag Team Championship

- Holidead vs. Sumie Sakai
- Jay Lethal vs. Hiromu Takahashi
- Motor City Machine Guns vs. Silas Young & Beer City Bruiser

-- Additionally, Daryl Takahashi will be accompanying Hiromu Takahashi to the ring during his appearances and appearing on commentary during his matches. That's amazing.

Darren Young worked as a heel on a Raw live event, teaming with Dash Wilder, Elias, & Goldust in a loss to Rhyno, Heath Slater, R-Truth, & Apollo Crews. I assume that was just to "even the odds" with Dawson out of action. There's no word on any plans on Young's future on WWE TV. I assume he'll just pop up on Main Event at some point.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider's questions:
1. That would definitely be something! I think it's more likely they do Team Xtreme or a Hardy, D-Von, and either Edge or Christian, but that's definitely an interesting idea.

2. They get paid per date, I believe.

3. I wouldn't be shocked to see Shane at AXXESS since he's a talent, but the others are going to be pretty tied up with their respective jobs then. I could only imagine what attendees would tell Vince and Stephanie at that event.

4. WWE has a pretty deep reach, but not THAT deep.

5. I've got to second Vader given his health.

More wrestling tomorrow.
