NXT appearances, NXT name change, Bruno video, former WWE/World Champ at NYCC, Hayes in hot water?, Updates on Goldust/RVD, WWE Comics cover, Interviews with Ziggler/Miz, NXT talent on live events and Questions on AJ, WWE killing PPVs, Khali and Midnight Riders

Alberto Del Rio and Christian appeared at the most recent NXT taping. Cool. They do a good job of featuring guests without making the show exclusively about them.

The former Gavin/Shawn Spears, who briefly wrestled on WWE's ECW brand, is now known as Ty Dillinger.

Here's video of Bruno Sammartino appearing during the Raw taping. HHH getting him in the Hall is amazing.

Sheamus will be at NYCC. I imagine he'll get a lot of Lobsterhead/Too Many Limes jokes.

WWE Creative member Michael Hayes has been absent from WWE for a few weeks. WWE responded that he's taking a leave of absence for personal reasons. There's an allegation that he offered Rosa Mendes alcohol fresh out of rehab. I hope that was an innocent slip-up, because that's pretty insensitive (to say the least).

Goldust has canceled some non-WWE bookings. It seems like he'll be used fairly regularly for the time being. I'll be interested to see how long he stays active in the ring for WWE. I can certainly see a Regal-like role for him.

RVD has officially started his time off from WWE. I don't think it will be too awful long before we see him again. He will be back.

Here's the preview for the upcoming WWE comic series. That Cena/Punk cover is AMAZING!!!!

Here's an interview with Dolph Ziggler. I wonder if Vince McMahon sees the irony of being behind an anti-bullying campaign.

The Miz promoted live events in Dubai. ShoMiz reunites! Miz still gets booed as a face, especially from thw IWC.

NXT's Bo Dallas and Sami Zayn lost in a triple threat to Dean Ambrose in Dubai. Also on the show was Brad Maddox losing to Justin Gabriel. I can see Dallas and Zayn on the main roster before WrestleMania. Dallas' gimmick is pretty amusing and Zayn's quite the fantastic athlete.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. I wonder where the asker got the idea that AJ vs. Kaitlyn was set for Raw? I also want to see Kaitlyn. Maybe they figured she'd outshine the Total Divas crew and get more attention than they would?

Nothing to add to 2.

3. Who comes up with these theories!? Why the @&#$ would they do that? Even if the PPVs are moving to the "potential" WWE Network, they still want people to make money off them (as a selling point for the Network). The fact that so many people are clueless about what WWE is doing here says more about them than it does about WWE. The goal is to keep making money from people wanting to see Bryan's "real" first WWE Title win. The idea is that people who normally would have just watched Summerslam might come back for later PPVs to see his "real" (non-controversial) big moment.

4. I'm guessing maybe it interfered with Khali's Survivor Series WWE Title win whatever the heck they're going to use him for.

5. I personally think that's an awesome idea, but it's referring to something from a long time ago in another wrestling company, so I don't see WWE going with it.

More wrestling tomorrow.
