Impact Wrestling Reax - 9/20/18

Read on for my thoughts on last night's Impact Wrestling.
- oVe vs. Star/Vikingo/L. Kid:
I like this action early.

Pretty solid work.

NIIIICE that triple apron bomb!!

I like the two styles coming together here.

I'm liking these lucha names.

Good work! Nice to see some new names in the mix.

- Sydal/Swann:
Well that's an interesting turn of events. Should be a good match!

- Tormenta/Tessa/Apache:
That was a nice setup for Tessa vs. Faby.

- Eli challenge:
Oooh that's an interesting direction.

- Eli vs. Trevor:
This is solid!

Not bad at all. Glad to see Eli rebounding.

- OGz backstage:
I'm glad the two sides are being kept apart for a while.

King wrestling will be a nice change of pace.

- King squash:
This is pretty much a way of using a local talent while moving an angle forward.

Not bad.

- Post-match:
Again, this makes them finally coming back together at BFG more of an epic moment.

- LAX backstage:
Hmmm... OGz and LAX vs. the bosses next?

- Faby vs. Alisha:
Smooth work here.

WOW. That was pretty nice!

- Post-match:
Simple, but effective.

- Texano promo:
I'm liking Aries' challenges.

- L. Bros vs. Sydal/Swann:
Really smooth work, especially from Rey and Penta.

This is really smmoth.

It's nice to see this being mostly focused on the wrestling instead of setting up Sydal vs. Swann.

Pretty good work overall!

- Post-match:
Haha oVe don't want none of Cage.

- Aries promo:
I mean, he's not wrong.

- Hit Squad:
I swear this show is completely all over the place sometimes.

- Hendry song:
The variety show continues...

- Abyss in the Hall:
That's great!! Absolutely earned. I hope his brothers Joseph and Judas Mesias induct him.

- Aries vs. Texano:
Nice start.

Texano looks game so far.

There's some real stalling here.

Not as good as it could have been.

- Post-match:
Aries and Impact both carry themselves as way too cool to be part of wrestling.

Wow, Johnny just stood up against three guys without much issue.

I'd much rather see Edwards go for the title with Impact facing Moose. Maybe post-BFG.
