Crown Jewel interviews, new Ride Along set, NXT signing's final indie dates, Rock making Disney show, Taz appearing on AEW Dark, hip hop name buys HOG, BFG luchadores announced, Crown Jewel updates, Draft plan change, NXT injury, Goldberg appears, NJPW deals with flooding, Fiend returns to the ring, and Questions on Angle wrestling again, HOG's purchase, EC3's history, UWF continuing, and action figures that need to happen

Cain Velasquez, Tyson Fury, and Triple H spoke to ESPN at the Crown Jewel press conference. That show will be interesting and newsworthy, one way or another.

WWE Ride Along after Raw will feature Braun Strowman, EC3, and Drake Maverick along with the Kanellises.

NXT signing Shotzi Blackheart advertised her final indie dates. Interestingly she'll be working a show on Impact's Twitch channel Saturday night.

The Rock's production company has a Disney Plus show coming, focusing on the creation of Disney park attractions.

Taz is a guest broadcaster for this week's AEW Dark. That's a great use for him!

Master P has purchased a majority stake in House of Glory. The company will use P's production team, but remain booked by Brian XL. I'm interested to see how that will benefit HOG.

Bound For Glory will feature Dr. Wagner, Jr., Aero Star, and Black Taurus against The Rascalz. The show is taking advantage of partnerships with AAA and NOAH.

Crown Jewel is now listing Brock Lesnar vs. Cain Velasquez as being for the WWE Championship, which wasn't mentioned at the press conference. I can't help but think we're in for Cain winning it to set up a WrestleMania rematch.

Crown Jewel will have a Kickoff show of one hour long. That would be a sensible place to have a big battle royal so everyone gets paid.

Heavy Machinery were originally listed as being part of the WWE Draft's second night's pool, but they were drafted on the first night. Hey, with that many people to figure out roles for, it's not a shock so much gets changed!

Kushida is wearing a wrist cast, so he could be missing some ring time. That's unfortunate!

Goldberg appeared on SEC Network ahead of a Georgia college football game.

NJPW's Japanese dojo experienced some flooding during Typhoon Hagibis. That's really a shame.

The Fiend returned to the ring at WWE's Texas live event Saturday night for the first time since Hell in a Cell.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. He's under WWE contract and I REALLY don't see them allowing him to wrestle somewhere else.

2. It's definitely worth a shot!

3. He had a big push in Impact as "Dixie Carter's nephew, Ethan Carter III" including a long undefeated streak and becoming world champion in between WWE runs. You'd think that reinvention would have helped him more than it has.

4. There doesn't seem to be any real movement on it coming back, though one would think strong DVD sales would help.

5. Oh Mr. T NEEDS to happen. And has Nicholas had an action figure yet? He was a tag team champion, after all.

More wrestling tomorrow.
