Read on for my thoughts on last night's HonorClub special event.
- Lethal/Gresham/Briscoes:
Lethal is generally a pretty bland heel (or face for that matter), but maybe this does something for Gresham.
Well the Briscoes heard that loud and clear!
Wow. I guess that worked to get them a title match!
- Marty/Flip vs. Tracy/Flamita:
Solid start.
Good work from everyone.
I like how Flip and Flamita work together.
This is solid.
Looked like either side could take it. Good work.
- Post-match:
Oh, man. That sucks for Brody.
Glad Colt's on hand to replace him.
- Taylor promo:
That was solid enough to continue building the champion.
- Taylor vs. Jones:
I like the story of this one.
Not bad to put the champion over.
- Silas/Brown vs. Pack:
Not bad early.
Not bad overall. Kind of hard to get into a match with only one ROH wrestler.
- Castle vs. Hikuleo:
Pretty basic stuff here.
Not bad at the end.
- Klein vs. Lana:
Slow motion match.
Eh. It was there.
- Taven vs. Hendry:
Fine start.
Not bad so far.
OK things are heating up now.
Fine enough.
- Briscoes vs. Gresham/Lethal vs. Kid/Fletcher:
I like the action here.
There's good energy to this one.
Everyone looks solid in this one.
Good win.
- Post-match:
Nice. This is one of the only things in ROH with good heat to it.
- Haskins vs. Kenny:
Good in the early going.
I like how they're working together.
Haha. I liked both men hitting low blows.
That was pretty fun at the end.
- Rush/Cobb vs. PCO/Colt:
I'm liking this so far.
These four work together well.
This is pretty smooth.
This is good!
OK I loved the Quebecers throwback.
They're delivering in this one.
NICE. Impressive ending.
- Post-match:
That world title match should be good.
More wrestling coming up.
