Questions on Matt Hardy, mistakes in the ring, Cena's moveset, Santino's future, and WWE voting, Impact Wrestling going on the road, JBL talks Eddie feud, Batista shoots down TNA option, Smackdown rating, Hardy court case to wrap up this week?, Regal gives sound advice, Bret Hart set for WWE house show , and what happened after Raw involving C.M. Punk

Monday's news begins with PWInsider.com's questions. Here's my take on them:
1. I can certainly see the similarities. I wonder what happens if he gets dropped from TNA since WWE almost certainly wouldn't welcome him back with open arms. A small note, since Matt will probably make it an issue, is that he wasn't begging people to send him stories out of the blue. Someone tweeted him about people asking for refunds and he asked his followers if there were any other stories like that. Those fans could have seen him there had he not been suspended! I don't know if he'll be released or anything anytime soon, as TNA apparently gives their talents more leeway than WWE did. I'm getting to where I wouldn't mind if the company cut both Hardy brothers personally.

2. Yeah, pretty much what they said. There's not much you can do in that kind of situation other than book a rematch.

3. It could be the same number of people complaining, just now that it's online it's a lot more visible. People like to complain. I guess it also stems from them seeing other wrestlers do more, varied moves and wish Cena did something similar. It's not just a wrestling thing by any stretch. "Why does every song by (popular mainstream artist) sound the same?" "Why do they keep making the same Mario/Zelda/Halo game over and over?" Because it sells. You're absolutely right, though.

I look at the rest of the day's answers and news after the break, starting with whether Santino Marella will ever hold another championship.
4. It wouldn't surprise me in the least for him to have at least one more run with a tag team or midcard title. I don't see him going higher than that, but you never know.

5. Plenty of people do, which is why they voted. And considering that according to former members of the Creative team and wrestlers, the voting tallies are 100% legitimate, they have good reason to do so.

According to Hulk Hogan, TNA will begin taping Impact Wrestling outside of Orlando every other week beginning in August. That's great news. Now they can get a more varied crowd response to the product and hopefully get the name and brand out there more. Hopefully this works out for them, as fans have been waiting for that announcement for years.

John "Bradshaw" Layfield took a look back at his feud with Eddie Guerrero on Facebook. Cool post. It's hard to believe it was seven years ago that he won the WWE Championship.

More from Batista on Twitter: He shot down the chance of him going to TNA. That one didn't seem too likely anyway.

Smackdown on Friday did a 1.72. Same old, same old indeed. No Del Rio, no Rey, no Big Show, and no Edge spells trouble for the show. It's becoming all the more important to get new stars over. Smackdown's staying steady with the fairly new faces being pushed, but those missing pieces really add up.

Here's the latest on Jeff Hardy's legal problems. We could be finally done with all of this later in the week, with Hardy going to treatment in lieu of jail time. I really hope that he gets what he needs for the sake of himself, his fans, and the business in general.

William Regal gave some sound advice for sports entertainers on Twitter in regards to Raw Roulette. The man knows what he's talking about. He needs to be an agent or trainer when his in-ring career's over. Talk about someone who's a jack-of-all-trades in the industry.

Bret Hart is set as a special referee for Randy Orton vs. Christian at a  house show in New York on 7/24. Hopefully that sells some tickets.

After Raw went off the air, Michael Cole announced to the fans in attendance that WWE has suspended Punk indefinitely. More on that as it develops. It's worth noting that WWE.com doesn't have any mentions of Punk's promo on its Raw recap.

That's all for Monday's news. There will surely be plenty more to follow tomorrow. Thanks for reading!
