Michelle McCool talked about Melina and getting in trouble for matches being "too good". I'm inclined to agree with Jericho's stance. If you want people to care about the Divas' division, they need to be able to have good matches. Fans are paying to see good action (in addition to good stories).
Here's a story on Zema Ion. Good for him to have a back-up plan.
The Rock is now being advertised for the 1/22 Smackdown taping. They're getting the most out of him going into the Rumble (as perhaps they should).
Everything else from yesterday is after the break.
Alex Riley and Fandango worked a recent Smackdown live event, so they haven't been forgotten about.
Kane/Bryan/Ryback vs. The Shield was on both Raw and Smackdown live events in two different cities, with speculation being that the roster is really thin right now. If they treated the lower and midcard as more important, maybe they wouldn't have that problem?
For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. I haven't heard anything wrestling-related about Batista in quite some time. He could very well be content moving on with his life.
2. It's a shame WWE didn't have plans for him. Talented guy.
3. I definitely see Booker going in. Harlem Heat is questionable.
Nothing to add to 4.
Nothing to add to 5.
More wrestling tomorrow!
