Raw Reax - 12/3/12

Read on for my thoughts on last night's Raw.
Pretty good opening tag match. Young did a better job maximizing his minutes.

I liked the post-match attack by The Shield. I'd like to see them go after the tag belts. Freebird Rule!

Fine segment with Cena and Sheamus. Hopefully Sheamus is starting to be seen as at his level. They can't rely on Cena forever.

AJ vs. Tamina was great. AJ is a natural babyface: she makes up for her size with fighting spirit and skill. Tamina was good playing the big girl as well.

Punk and Heyman were solid as always. I almost don't want Punk's reign to end. Miz was good, too. I wouldn't mind him being close to the title picture in 2013 if not outright champion again.

Cena and Sheamus vs. Dolph and Show was pretty good. But of course, the babyfaces stand tall again. THe hero winning is supposed to be the END of the story. Cena's gotten revenge on Ziggler now. There's no need  to pay to see Cena overcome the odds at the PPV.

Sandow's segment was pretty good. Santino fell a bit flat.

Glad Sandow got the win. Hopefully he gains back some momentum from losing clean to Cena.

Ziggler damn sure better beat Cena for his momentum to mean anything.

Glad to see Maddox back in the fold. Very natural talker.

Del Rio vs. Sin Cara was top-notch. Very impressed by both.

Wow. Vince is not aging well.

Vickie and Vince was good. Vince isn't as good as he was in his prime, but it's still good to see him.

Orton vs. Maddox was fine for what it was. I wouldn't mind Maddox becoming a member of the roster in time IF he's passable in the ring.

Nice Shield attack. They're making an impact for three guys who just popped up on the scene.

Good segment involving Vickie.

Pretty funny that Theodore Long changed up a tag match. He used to love those on Smackdown.

VERY good Fatal 4 Way. The only thing I would have wanted differently was Cesaro pinning R-Truth. Truth's 40 and Kofi should be protected as IC Champion.

I really dug the ending segment. Lots of talented people involved. I kind of wanted The Shield to help Punk out at the end but maybe they were busy with Team Hell No.
