Long-time rivals together, Hardy rumorkiller, Interviews with Jericho/Dutt/Miz, Rock update, TNA cancels live event, special guests at Raw, a Hogan does something stupid, an editorial on chants, Smackdown audience, Slammiversary location, why Rock wasn't at Raw, Bellas back, and Questions on Lesnar, Ivelisse, One Night Only, running an indie show, and Ryback

Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels will be holding a joint Q&A session over WrestleMania weekend. Details here. More from the "hell freezing over" news pile. If you would have told that to someone in '97, you would have been laughed out of the building.

Jeff Hardy was believed to have suffered a concussion at Lockdown, but later it was confirmed that he was fine and should be fine for the upcoming Impact tapings.

Chris Jericho talked about a number of topics. Insightful as always. Any look back at the lunacy of WCW is worth a read.

Unsurprisingly, some members of the WWE roster are grumbling about not having a place on the WrestleMania card in spite of someone like The Rock working a part-time schedule and getting to headline two years in a row. Honestly, some people are just going to be bitter. I hope they're upset with HHH, Taker, and Lesnar too, since they get part-time status as well. As long as these part-time guys continue to be draws, I think WWE's going to keep using them.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.
Sonjay Dutt talked. I thought he was going to be a regular part of the show when he came back, too (or as regular as an X-Division guy can be in TNA). I wouldn't mind TNA picking him up for a regular role. I'm very interested to see where Ring Ka King and TNA's other international ventures go. As for Sabu, he kind of burned his own bridge there.

TNA has canceled a WrestleMania weekend live event in New Jersey. It was never officially announced and WWE cancels shows fairly frequently, but feel free to say lolTNA just because it's them.

Paul Bearer's sons were at Raw. No, not The Undertaker and Kane. His actual sons. I'm a little surprised that they didn't appear on TV, though I guess it'd be kind of weird to acknowledge them in kayfabe. Where have they been all these years when their "brothers" were feuding?

Brooke Hogan was insisting that her marriage to Bully Ray wasn't "just a storyline" on Twitter. Seriously now...

Here's an interesting editorial going after the "This is awesome!"/"TNA" (or "ROH") chants that have become more common in wrestling today. I definitely think the goal of a promotion should be to get people cheering the faces and booing the heels, not simply reacting for people doing risky spots.

Smackdown was at 2.84 million viewers this week.

Slammiversary XI will be in Boston.

The Rock was doing promo work in Korea for the sequel to G.I. Joe. I imagine that if it wasn't for that he would have been at Raw. Knowing is half the battle!

Here's another Miz interview, in case you hadn't heard about his new movie.

The Bella Twins have signed new deals with WWE. I'm not huge fans of them, but I can see why the company wanted them back.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. I can see the criticism, but he has battled some serious health issues. He still looks like he can kick some serious ass.

2. Please?

3. They're called "One Night Only" for a reason: they're stand-alone PPVs with no storyline implications. And it looks we'll be seeing AJ Styles again soon.

Nothing to really add to 4 other than good luck! It's much easier said than done.

5. I've been impressed with Ryback for a while now. I don't necessarily see him as one of THE top guys,  but very few people show that level of talent until they're given a chance in the role. Time will tell if he's ready to be someone the company can rely on as a top act.

More wrestling tomorrow.
