Uso correction, Interviews with Roxxi/Kane/Aries/Mickie/Dynamite Kid, Hall of Fame update, WWE acknowledges another TNA star, Stone Cold update, changes in WWE Creative, official Facebook for ECW star, new X-Division rules, and Questions on Orton, buying WCW, WWE's naming, Bash at the Beach, and the IOC

Jimmy Uso's lawyer is seeking to correct reports of a second DUI arrest, sending out this statement. I know it says "OVW TV taping live report", but it's the lawyer's statement. I'm glad to hear that it wasn't a second arrest and apologize for the mistake.

The former Roxxi Laveaux spoke about TNA and more. Sounds rough to work there (unless of course you have some name value under your belt, in which case you'll be treated like royalty). Taylor Wilde worked at Sunglass Hut while she was Knockouts Champion. She quit once she was recognized at her day job. I hope things are better for some of the people there currently.

There may or may not be (an)other name(s) put in the WWE Hall of Fame this year. As previously discussed, Ivan Koloff and Kamala are possibilities. The company is holding out on inducting DX as a unit as initially planned because they already have headliners in Foley and Sammartino.

Kurt Angle has been added to the WWE.com alumni section. You can't talk about WWE alumni without talking about him, even if he does work for TNA now.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

Kane talked ahead of WrestleMania, including giving his thoughts on Paul Bearer's passing. I popped for the May 19 reference. Overall, good read.

Miss Tessmacher was the Girl of the Day for Maxim yesterday.

Bully Ray talked with the man who he insulted at the recent Impact taping. This is what wrestling/the world has come to...

Stone Cold Steve Austin, who was previously scheduled to be a part of this year's WrestleMania, will no longed be able to be there. His film schedule and knee surgery recovery played a big part in this.

David Kreizman, former co-head writer for "All My Children" and winner of several Daytime Emmy Awards is the new head of the writing team (under Stephanie McMahon). There's talk of more hires with soap opera backgrounds due to their ability to write episodic TV. WWE definitely needs help in that department.

Brian Gerwitz has been more involved in writing for Raw with The Rock's recent involvement in the company. The next time Rock sounds like a middle schooler instead of an ass-kicking machine, you can "thank" BG.

Paul Heyman is not a part of the Creative team, nor are there any plans for him to return to that role. He is, however, helping talents who have asked him for advice (which should be a LOT of people).

Austin Aries and Mickie James were interviewed ahead of next week's Impact taping.

Tommy Dreamer has launched an official Facebook page due to all of the fakes out there. As of this writing, I'm unaware of anyone challenging him to a crazy hardcore gimmick match. Imagine if the Dreamer/Raven feud had played out in a world with social media.

Highspots.com has come out with a shoot interview for Dynamite Kid.

I didn't respond to it in my Impact Wrestling report, but TNA's new rules for the X-Division are detailed here. I can understand the weight limit to prevent FAAAAAAAAAAAAAT ASSES from clogging up the division, but I'm not really sure where they're coming from with the triple threat rule (other than getting more people paychecks and match time). There's something to be said for a well-built one-on-one feud. I also like bringing in some people for cameos. Theoretically some of them could end up signing on for full-time deals.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. That's pretty much it. Too risky. I can see him going back to the top of the card if/when his WWE run comes closer to a close since they did that for Jeff Hardy, but for now I perfectly see why they don't utilize him as they once did.

2. I think there are some inherent problems with an 11-year-old WWF mark owning a company he had only seen one clip of. And an 11-year-old having that much money. The thing about about buying WCW at that time was that they didn't have any TV coverage and a lot of their stars had big guaranteed deals with Time Warner. All WWF got from the purchase was 24 wrestlers, the rights to all of the copyrights, and the tape library. Here's an alleged list of the talents that were picked up. DDP got out of his Time Warner contract so he could work with WWF. I don't know if he would have done that to work for a company with no TV.

3. Mainly that, though there's also the argument that the company wants to see how well they'll get over without the help of a famous last name.

Nothing to add to 4.

5. Hopefully they're just eliminating amateur wrestling to add pro wrestling. Seriously, though, it is very disappointing that they're dropping it. I don't know 100% why they decided to cut it. At any rate, I don't like what this means for all the people out there who want to be top amateur wrestlers.

More wrestling tomorrow.
