Nikki Cross was not at Smackdown Live after working a live event Monday night. I hope she moves up and becomes an important player soon. She's great.

Ronda Rousey was revealed for WWE 2K19 as a pre-order bonus. I hope Roddy Piper is in the game as well.

Raw will begin streaming live in the Philippines next week. That's pretty cool. Hopefully Smackdown Live will follow.

Cody vs. TK O'Ryan has been added to Honor For All on July 20 in Nashville, Tennessee. It's interesting to see TK branch out into singles matches.

Santino Marella was recently at the WWE Performance Center. He now has his own training school in Canada, and has a podcast with Impact.

Filipino talent Vernice Gabriel has been booked for the Mae Young Classic. It's good to see the international focus continue.

Stephanie McMahon spoke to CNBC. I like the idea that they don't want their children to just inherit the company without the skills necessary to run it.

Recent WWEPC hopeful TJ Barnes was profiled.

Titus O'Neil responded to the "Swerved" lawsuit regarding a cameraman alleging injury after Titus struck out following being shocked by a cattle prod. Titus' response is he acted out of necessity to defend himself against further assault from the cattle prod, and the cameraman's employer is responsible for covering the injury under worker's compensation.

- Titus is also countersuing for the same amount due to the cameraman committing battery in what was not a WWE-approved skit for the show. Titus brought his A-game to this one.

WWF and territory star "Cowboy" Scott Casey needs open heart surgery following a heart attack at age 71. The procedure is set for Friday. I hope he can make a comeback soon.

WWE TLC has been moved to December 16, replacing Clash of Champions. It's unknown if Clash of Champions will take place this year.

WWE and 2K have responded to the lawsuit over Randy Orton's tattoos appearing in WWE games. 2K argued the tattoo artist doesn't have copyright registration for the designs, while WWE argued the state doesn't have jurisdiction over them, since they're headquartered in Connecticut. That's pretty much WWE's standard first step, so others have to travel to WWE's backyard to sue them.

Goldust underwent surgery on both knees. He's expected to make a full recovery, but there's currently no timetable for him to return to the ring. Obviously at 49 there are going to be questions on if we've seen his last match. We'll see what things hold for him in the months to come.

Raw drew 2.47 million viewers, its lowest audience ever. The episode was going against coverage of a new Supreme Court nominee, which drew large numbers on a lot of news channels. I don't see NBCU or FOX canceling their deals or anything, but it's probably about time for an intervention from the TV higher-ups.

New Day vs. SAnitY in a tables match is set for the Extreme Rules Kickoff show. Now that's a match worth watching Kickoff for!

Viper, who worked last year's Mae Young Classic as Piper Niven, has been announced for Honor Reunited. That's a good move.

UK talents Jody Fleisch and Johnny Storm will face The Briscoes on August 16 and the Young Bucks on August 19. They're going right into the big time.

Jonathan Gresham has been added to Honor Reunited's International Cup.

Elias' first Mattel action figure is now in stock. That's going to increase his royalties pay.

Tessa Blanchard has signed a long-term Impact contract. It's a big risk going there instead of doing the Mae Young Classic again, but maybe it will work out for her. She's definitely someone who can be an important player in the years to come.

WWE has announced signings for Summerslam weekend:
- August 17 at 1:00 p.m.: AJ Styles and Daniel Bryan
- August 17 at 3:30 p.m.: Samoa Joe and Alexa Bliss
- August 18 at 10:00 a.m.: Kurt Angle, Paige, and Braun Strowman
- August 18 at 12:30 p.m.: Finn Balor and Seth Rollins
- August 18 at 3:00 p.m.: Roman Reigns, The Miz, and Maryse

WWE has copyrighted the term Top Rope for clothing, so look out for goods under that name going forward.

The Miz and Maryse moved to Texas due to tours going by their house in Hollywood. That had to be nerve-wracking. I'm curious how they'll like their new home vs. living on the West Coast.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. For a long time I wrote them off as just two guys having fun doing stunts, but they've impressed the hell out of me since then. They've reached a level where they're now confident veterans who can lead the way in the ring. And as hard as they work in the ring to make fans happy, they also hustle incredibly hard on the business end of things, whether that's posing for pictures for hours, answering fan questions, or putting together something like All In. They've made a believer out of me.

2. As amazing as this question was, I think the real reason is The Shield was basically a vehicle to get Roman over by pairing him with two people WWE was confident could knock it out of the park. Realistically, Ambrose and Rollins could have succeeded on their own. Roman greatly benefited from the gimmick and association, so the gear is something of a reminder of something fans enjoyed.

3. We could see that at Extreme Rules, but I don't think we will. Kane might be out the door pretty quickly with his mayoral campaign duties.

4. Basically they save Demon Balor for big feuds. In kayfabe, the answer is because Finn embracing that part of himself is dangerous and comes at cost to his sanity. He only brings it out when he thinks the risk is worth it.

5. It's 100% an intentional homage on their part. It wouldn't shock me if Dolph pitched it himself.

More wrestling tomorrow.
