ROH uploads big spoiler, BITW timing issues, assorted WWE notes, Takeover time change, Shinsuke injury update, Interview with Rollins+Nakamura, Raw live event set, Cappotelli obituary, UK name confirmed for ROH tour, MVP gone from MLW, two Raw injuries, top NXT name at Raw, WWE names doing comedy Summerslam week, NFL name back in Impact, legend has major surgery, and Questions on champions being off TV then vs. now, Ronda facing men, Cass' release, awful matches, and HHH's contract

ROH uploaded a major event from Saturday's TV taping to Honorclub. I'll comment on it when it airs for people who don't want to be spoiled.

Best in the World's main event was cut short due to undercard matches going longer than scheduled. ROH held a meeting reinforcing that everyone needs to stick to their allotted times. Obviously everyone WANTS to have more of the spotlight, and in some cases that's justified, but there's only so much time to go around. I don't know if the ROH Title match would have benefited from more time given Dalton's injury and all the booked shenanigans, but there has to be some order for the timeslot given.

Stephanie McMahon, Charlotte Flair, and Mark Henry represented WWE at the Special Olympics.

Lilian Garcia relaunched her podcast on a number of different platforms as well as a new app. Her latest guest is Stone Cold.

The Rock promoted NASCAR's latest race. I wonder how much overlap there is between those two audiences in 2018.

Luke Harper's horror film "Mohawk" has hit Netflix. That's the perfect genre for him, obviously.

Takeover events will now be starting at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time to be uniform with pay-per-view events from Raw and Smackdown Live. There will still be Kickoff panels and dark matches; everything's just been shifted up an hour.

Shinsuke Nakamura expects to miss a few more weeks due to his recent dog bite, so he'll likely miss Extreme Rules. I think we could still see him take the United States Championship from Jeff Hardy at Summerslam.

- Nakamura and Seth Rollins promoted WWE appearances in New Jersey. It sounds like Dean's still got a long road ahead of him. Shinsuke does seem to be doing better as a heel.

Raw will run a live event in New York on August 26.

Former NFL player T.J. Barnes trying out for WWE got local coverage. We'll see if he joins the next class at the Performance Center.

Matt Cappotelli's official obituary is now online. He's fondly remembered among his fellow wrestlers.

UK's Jimmy Havoc will work ROH's Honor Re-United tour this August despite being under contract to MLW. MLW allows its talents to take bookings elsewhere, other than WWE.

MVP has been let go by MLW despite being a producer and performer there. Obviously he was a prominent name for the group.

Bray Wyatt was legitimately injured in a car crash on the way to the airport this weekend, which is why he missed Raw's live events. Bray has since been released from the hospital, and is still expected to work Extreme Rules.

- Ruby Riott was legitimately injured this weekend, as well. She's out with an unspecified knee injury. I hope she's able to return soon, as Liv and Sarah aren't the same force without her.

Shayna Baszler was backstage at Raw, as she's from the area. Baszler vs. Ronda is definitely something to do down the line. Honestly, WWE could probably headline WrestleMania 36 with it if they play their cards right. Have Ronda run through Raw and Shayna run through Smackdown Live (post-WM35) and there you have it. Obviously that's much easier said than done, though, and they could very well do it by next Summerslam.

Dolph Ziggler is doing a comedy show the Friday before Summerslam. Zack Ryder, Tyler Breeze, Renee Young, and Charly Caruso are also advertised for the event. I'd normally rag on Ziggler, but he deserves credit for continuing to branch out from his wrestling ventures, and he's really been revitalized since WrestleMania. I'm curious how it will all go; I know he's been practicing comedy for some time now.

D'Angelo Williams will be returning to Impact TV soon as part of the build to Austin Aries vs. Moose at Slammiversary. It'd be nice to see him wrestle again, if he'd do it.

Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat had hip replacement surgery. I hope that relieves his pain.

For my take on yesterday's PWinsider.com questions:
1. As was said, WWE went from a live event business that also has TV to a TV business that also has live events.

2. I think they can have male wrestlers try to come after her/grapple her only for her to show them her MMA skills. A man striking a woman is not something they want to show in 2018. Careful booking can work around that.

3. It was a number of issues stemming from Cass not following directions and "going into business for himself." They were all too happy to have Bryan destroy him and send him packing.

4. One of the worst matches I've ever seen was Rebel vs. Shelly Martinez on a One Night Only show. Shelly wasn't dressed to wrestle, to say the least, and it was probably thrown together at the last minute. There were some really bad botches and no believable offense. The worst thing is, the show was taped in advance, and Impact didn't edit or outright drop the match from the broadcast.

5. I was under the impression he (as well as Stephanie) had a talent contract as well as an executive contract, but apparently it's all on one deal.

More wrestling tomorrow.
