Read on for my thoughts on last night's Impact Wrestling.
It made sense to start with Hogan and Sting. They're legitimately big stars and their presence adds credibility to the show.
Magnus vs. Daniels was pretty nice. Both men have some solid skills from an in-ring perspective. I hope Magnus continues to grow.
The sooner the Bully/Brooke angle is over, the better.
Good Magnus promo.
Angle vs. Joe was really, really good. Joe could really be a major player if they treat him right.
Fine post-match, though it didn't exactly make Garrett and Wes look credible.
The 6-person tag wasn't bad. It will be interesting to see where the Blossoms and Marty end up from here.
That 4-way match seems kind of thrown together. Very curious...
I liked the Aries/Roode segment.
Storm vs. RVD was pretty good. I'm glad the "current" star went over someone who's been in the business as long as RVD, as it makes him look more credible.
I thought the Park segment was kind of funny. Hogan could teach him a lot about backstage politicking!
Ugh. Hogans segment.
Solid promo from Aries and Roode. Easily 2 of TNA's top workers.
A round of applause for the work of Aries and Roode here. The sky's the limit with them.
Not a bad ending to the show. It's just that Hogan and Sting are focal points again. I think a little bit of them goes a long way. Nostalgia can only do so much.
More wrestling coming up!
