Interviews with ex-NXTer/RVD, more Fargo memories, Swagger update, Legends' health updates, Jericho remembers Benoit and puts over World Champ, Rock on being cover guy, Raw notes, Raw audience, Smackdown dark match, and Questions on WWE dropping Vince, Sting, and Cena

Derek Foore, who wrestled briefly in NXT as Chad Baxter, had a number of complaints about his time there. His remarks about Bill DeMott are consistent with what a number of people have said about the former Hugh Morrus. I really do wonder why he's there given his reputation. As for performers making it to the main roster having bizarre looks, that's in some ways a good thing! It's easier to stand out when you have a more marketable look than "generic bodybuilder". It might be someone on Creative taking those ideas instead of those talents themselves. Maybe Titus got inspiration from Bill Alfonso? At any rate, this isn't the first time a talent has accused someone higher up of taking their ideas. Tyler Reks insists that John Cena used an idea that he had used on NXT Season 5 for The Miz and R-Truth.

RVD was also interviewed about returning to WWE. I'd certainly rather have someone part-time than not at all! It sounds like he's signed for a year to do a certain number of appearances. I'm glad he's honest about just being there for the money, but it would have been cool if he put over some of the younger guys he could have awesome matches with.

Here are more remembrances of Jackie Fargo, including video of his final wrestling appearance. He'll certainly be missed.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

Jack Swagger has been found guilty of DUI and speeding. He must undergo six months of probation, a $500 fine and has to pay for all court costs. Hopefully this is the last time we hear of something like this happening with Swagger. He's a very talented wrestler, and when combined with Colter, he's a true top heel act. Not necessarily a "sustainable main eventer" for years and years, but I can definitely see him being successful if he stays out of trouble.

WWE.com had a story on Jackie Fargo's passing with quotes from Jerry Lawler. Standing out can be really important in wrestling.

Here's another story on The Iron Sheik's present health, basically recapping the previous story.

Bret Hart talked about his stroke.

Chris Jericho remembered Chris Benoit. It's still tough to look back at what Benoit did. I held him in very high regard (as did a lot of people) before what he did.

Jericho also put over his match with Del Rio. It was pretty awesome. Both men have enough experience to put together a great story.

The Rock talked about being on the cover for WWE 2K14. I wonder when we'll see him again...

A SC story put over the recent Raw taping. Cool that there was such a wide range of people there. Those two "not-for-TV" matches are on WWE Superstars.

WWE Raw's performance was put over by USA Network. It's big for them.

Raw's audience was 3.98 million this week.

The dark match ahead of Smackdown saw The Great Khali beat Jinder Mahal. Ouch. Were they trying to get the crowd to leave?

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. Vince owns so much stock that he can pretty much do anything. And as they said, he's got some cronies there. He's not going anywhere until he wants to or is incapacitated.

2. I guess he turns the other cheek a lot in accordance with his Christian beliefs?

3. You're right: he doesn't need the belt to be a main eventer and he can be a top guy without it. The belt should go to someone else. Oh, you guys are talking about Cena? I meant Mark Henry. The argument applies to both.

Nothing to add to 4 or 5.

More wrestling tomorrow.
