Snuka anniversary, more WWE signings?, Sheamus appearance, more D-Bry love, Updates on Henry and Hogan, Dream hospitalized, NXT marriage, Smackdown audience, and Questions on Ryback's ambulance, Sabin as TNA Champion, Lesnar returning, WCW commentators, and the Hogans

The first story today is something very serious. I know that a number of people reading this post might be caught up in a lot of other things right now (if you're anything like me, you're looking at E3 news and have Cracked.com up in another browser), so it's a little hard to jump into a story about an alleged murder involving a beloved WWE Hall of Famer. But, it is what it is. Here's a story (linking to other stories and a donation fund) looking at the 30-year anniversary of the untimely passing of one of Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka's romantic interests. It's a very tragic tale no matter what the truth of the matter is.

Jim Ross talked about a recent WWE tryout with a very impressive line-up. Multiple signings could be coming. Exciting!

Sheamus was a part of a "B A Star"-esque event. He sounds like a pretty cool guy. I'm glad that that went well for him and the audience.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

Diamond Dallas Page became the latest performer to endorse Daniel Bryan. Talent-wise, WWE's looking pretty good lately (including a good number of NXT performers).

Mark Henry tweeted before Raw. Very weird that they advertised him coming back next week after that.

Hulk Hogan continues to tease coming back to the ring, possibly for the last time. At BFG vs. Bully Ray? Time will tell.

The "American Dream" Dusty Rhodes, one of my all-time favorite characters, was hospitalized recently due to an infection in his foot. Them's hard times, daddy. He has a big role in NXT and I hope he's back soon.

NXT star Conor O'Brian married his girlfriend Krissy Vaine, who was briefly a part of WWE in an angle with Torrie Wilson. That's great news! I hope it lasts a long time.

Smackdown's audience was up to 2.63 million. Cool.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. It was Undertaker. BUCKLE UP, TEDDY. Nah, maybe it's Hornswoggle and he's so small we don't see him? I have no idea what to answer here. #jokequestion

2. The quick version: No and no. Sabin has never really shown me that he can be a top act in the promotion, or even break out of the X-Division "spotmonkey" mold. HOWEVER, he hasn't really had many (any?) opportunities to show his worth outside of that mold. It's entirely possible that like Bryan and Aries before him, once he gets a chance to compete in the main events, he shows that he can "hang" with the top guys. All that said, I don't see him being successful in taking the Title from Bully Ray. Who says that it won't be AJ who takes the gold and saves TNA?

3. I think in 2004, they were ticked that he was leaving WWE and saw him as a prima donna for not wanting to put Taker over and going to do the NFL. In 2012, he was the badass savior from the PG "Super-Cena" stuff we've seen for years.

4. About all I can add to this is a joke about Dusty Rhodes and Kevin Nash as commentators. He's got a bicycle!

5. I can easily see that happening.

More wrestling tomorrow.
