Interview with Muraco, JAPW promoter passes, TNA live event now a PPV, TNA and ROH audience, and Questions on Taker's opponent at WM32, Hardys-WWE, King-ROH, two hours of NXT, and roster cuts

Don Muraco talked about working with Vince, Sr., and more:

- Man, those sound like some fun days.

- It's kind of funny we're dealing with the same thing with wrestlers being called awful despite them being over with the crowd.

NJ independent promoter Frank Iadevia has passed away. The business lost an important person.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

TNA's 10/30 live event has been turned into a taping for a One Night Only PPV. I wouldn't be surprised to see other shows turned into tapings, too.

TNA's audience this week was 272,000 for the first airing, and 122,000 for the replay. That's a fair jump from the previous week.

ROH's audience this week was 168,000, one of their better showings for one airing.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. Well there's this one guy with a black baseball bat if he wrestles again. It's possible they try a final feud with Kane, but I don't see that having much juice in 2016. I'd love to see him face Cena, or Kevin Owens if they want it to be a new guy. That has some real potential.

2. I'm under the impression both men are scheduled to be free agents in six months or less. Jeff in particular is a centerpiece of TNA, but we'll see how things go for Jeff and for the company in the months to come. I expect WWE would try to get those lapsed Attitude Era fans to buy the Network for the Hardys vs. the Dudleys in 2016, so things could get pretty interesting.

3. Both sides obviously thought it was worth it to bury the hatchet and make some money!

4. Unless they get paid to air a second hour outside the Network, I don't think they'll make that leap. Given the ratings woes of Raw and Smackdown, I don't see NBCU looking to air a sixth hour of in-ring action each week.

5. Unless WWE really needs to reduce expenses for some reason, I don't see a big set of cuts happening. I'd think Cesaro would be fairly safe given his other supporters in the company (HHH is in charge of talent relations, not Vince/KD). Ryder's currently doing something in NXT. Slater's still used on live events at least. I concur that they'll just wait for contracts to run out and make decisions then.

More wrestling tomorrow.
