Braun's partner identified, UFC head puts Rousey over, Austin meets Lucha Bros, why Kid Rock missed Mania, WM34 guests, NXT and Impact previews, WWE Network hits new milestone, WWE conference call, Brock and Heyman sign new deals, ROH on SCOH issues, another ROH match set, what happened after Raw, and Questions on Roman detractors being disrespectful, how WWE books women's milestones, Asuka's streak hurting MMC, splitting Mania, and WWE's future on Facebook

Nicholas, Braun Strowman's Wrestlemania tag team partner, is WWE referee John Cone's son. I unironically enjoyed that angle. It's a kids' show, people. Lighten up.

Dana White put over Ronda Rousey's WWE debut. She absolutely impressed.

Stone Cold met LU's Pentagon Jr. and Rey Fenix. Their profiles are definitely growing.

Kid Rock missed Wrestlemania due to preparing for his annual cruise concert event.

Rey Mysterio was backstage at Wrestlemania, while Macaulay Culkin was in the crowd.

All the NXT roster and the WWE Performance Center trainees were backstage watching Wrestlemania. That's a LLLLOOOOOTTTTTT of people.

On this week's WWE NXT:
- Heavy Machinery vs. Riddick Moss & Tino Sabbatelli
- Kairi Sane vs. Lacey Evans

WWE Network hit 2.1 million subscribers after Wrestlemania, leading to the company raising expectations for 2018 revenue. We'll see how many of those extra subscribers stay around the rest of the year. A significant number are on free trials or under special reduced-price subscriptions.

WWE did a conference call, covered here:
- It's big to see Barrios and Wilson handle this without the McMahons.

- It seems like forever ago there were plans to do Network tiers. I'm curious what the stalling means.

- Big international shows are certainly a plan for them.

- They're pushing the women more and more.

Brock Lesnar has signed a new contract of unannounced length, and will defend the Universal Championship against Roman Reigns in a steel cage at Greatest Royal Rumble. It will be very interesting to see what's next for him, as it seemed like a given he was headed to UFC. Presumably it's possible he just signed on for just a few weeks to lose in Saudi Arabia, but that's just speculation for now.

- Paul Heyman has also signed a new deal of unannounced length. I'm very curious what comes of all this.

Impact Wrestling will follow up on Wrestlecon weekend on this week's episode. At least they only have two episodes to potentially edit due to Alberto's departure. I hope Fenix and Pentagon are around past Redemption.

ROH updated fans about streaming issues from this weekend. Hopefully everything gets sorted out for their next events.

Coast 2 Coast will face either the Briscoes or the Motor City Machine Guns on April 28, depending on which team loses the ROH Tag Team Championship match the night before.

After Raw, Jeff Hardy, Seth Rollins, and Finn Balor took part in a beach ball party with the crowd. For fans who claim to love wrestling, they sure do a lot to distract from the workers in the ring.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. I understand that being kind of a watershed moment that turns the tide for someone. At this point, that group of fans feels they're the ones in charge and can do whatever they want.

2. I see the point, but I also don't blame them for playing catchup they way they are. Of course, it's also a big PR moment when they can have a video of Stephanie announcing a big milestone in the middle of Raw instead of fighting it. I mean, the McMahons want what's best for business. They should jump at the opportunity to have these matches!

3. I agree. I like Asuka and supported keeping her streak intact, and her pairing with Miz was pretty fun, but I absolutely wanted to see Braun and Alexa win. They've been amazing separately and were incredible together. Which makes me think what fun it could have been for Bliss to team with him at Wrestlemania.

4. I'm all for it! Do a Smackdown card and a Raw card to follow the NXT card. As great as Mania was, it was a LOOOOOOOOOONG night.

5. I definitely think we'll see more online content, and people being more comfortable watching online. I also think we're probably not yet at a point where Raw and Smackdown will stream online.

More wrestling tomorrow.
