FNSD audience, Rock comedy coming, ROH titleholder signs new deal, Interview with HHH, NFL star wears Rock cleats, WWE names at Cena movie, Backstage preview, Tessa faces multiple accusations, former WWE name and current AEW name at hockey game, AEW star tributes late father, DSOTR teaser, lucha name passes away, Raw+NXT live event notes, and Questions on honoring TLC competitors, Corbin Kentucky, Kishin Liger's status, 205 Live's future, and Matt Hardy's videos

Smackdown drew 2.50 million viewers Friday night, slightly above previous weeks.

The Rock will be the subject of an NBC comedy series chronicling his younger days. Interesting idea.

Bandido has signed a new ROH deal, which explains the surprise six-man title change. I hope that's the right move for him, as I assume AEW was interested, too.

Triple H spoke before Takeover:Blackpool II. I wonder how many Takeovers we'll see from the brand going forward, and where they'll be.

NFL San Francisco player George Kittle wore The Rock inspired cleats. Very cool.

Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch attended John Cena's Dolittle premiere.

The Usos and Freddie Prinze, Jr. will be on WWE Backstage this week. I'm curious if The Usos will address what kept them off TV.

Tessa Blanchard faced criticism after tweeting that women should support each other.

- Allysin Kay alleged Tessa used a racial slur and spat on a black wrestler in Japan. This was later corroborated by the wrestler in question, La Rosa Negra, in a since-deleted tweet, saying it happened in 2017. Tessa disputed the allegation.

- Chelsea Green called out Tessa for alleged past behavior toward multiple women in the industry, which Tessa responded to, basically saying Green was looking for attention with the tweet.

- Shanna indicated Tessa did more questionable behavior in Japan.

- Isla Dawn also called out Tessa for alleged behavior toward her.

- Priscilla Kelly responded to Tessa for Tessa's criticism over the infamous bloody tampon spot. Tessa was hardly the only one who didn't like the spot, so this seems a bit unrelated.

- Tessa didn't speak to any media at Impact's Hard To Kill press conference, which was probably for the best after this played out.

-- All in all, it's telling this many people in this many places went public with allegations, and Tessa didn't have a stellar reputation before this. We'll see if Impact makes any changes with how they use her as a result, as she's potentially set to be the centerpiece of the promotion going forward.

The former Luke Harper and Sammy Guevara appeared at a Texas hockey team's pro wrestling night. Harper won't be able to use that name outside of WWE, but it looks like the team didn't get that memo.

AEW's Santana paid tribute to his late father. Very sad times; I wish him the best in working through them.

Dark Side of the Ring teased covering ECW's Mass Transit Incident in the second season. That's definitely a relevant story to cover.

AAA's La Parka passed away as the result of ring injuries suffered in November. AAA released a statement on his death. This La Parka was the second person to use that name after the wrestler now known as LA Park gained fame for the name in WCW. Very sad to see such an awful in-ring accident turn fatal.

Samoa Joe worked his first live event since September 6 Saturday night, teaming with Kevin Owens to defeat AOP.

At Saturday's NXT live event in Florida:
- Babatunde worked his first NXT live event since November 15, losing to Killian Dain.
- Catalina Garcia worked her first NXT live event since December 6, losing to Io Shirai.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. WWE could if they wanted to, but if Jeff Hardy's still out and Matt Hardy leaves for AEW, it seems unlikely they will. I wouldn't assume the match and its participants will be acknowledged either way.

2. Honestly they should have done more with it! Of course King Corbin should want to be honored there.

3. I'm reasonably sure Kishin Liger is Jushin's dark side rather than a separate entity, so, no, I wouldn't count on that. Even if they are considered different people, I believe all Ligers will remain out of the ring.

4. It's pretty much a supplement to NXT now, using a few additional "exclusive" names like Ariya and the Singhs. I suspect it will continue as is unless there's a really compelling reason to focus on it. NXT should be a bigger priority, since USA's paying for it, it's doing its own tours, etc.

5. Right now it's an insurance plan in case he does leave WWE. It sets him up to return to the Broken gimmick outside of there. I'd think if he does stay with WWE it would be because they let him do that character, so it works in that sense, too.

More wrestling tomorrow.
