Hard To Kill preview

Read on for my ideas for booking tonight's Impact PPV.
Honestly given where Impact is right now I'd propose a pretty serious revamp. It feels like the same people doing the same stuff over and over. Rather than having a few credible contenders in the X-Division, tag, and women's division mixing it up with some definite lower-level names, I'd restructure things so there's just the world title and a Global Championship for the mid-level talents. There can still be tag matches and Knockout matches, but this frees talent up to move around more. The X-Division as a separate entity is outdated in 2020, frankly. If there's going to be another title, it needs to be under special rules like a Hardcore Title to justify its existence.

- Ace vs. Trey:
Ace is much more fun and can benefit from being the last X-Division Champion, setting himself up to claim he should be Global Champion by default. The Rascalz are going to be about the same no matter what goes on with them.

- Taya vs. Grace vs. ODB:
Jordynne pins ODB and we get out of the Knockouts division because all the characters are really stale. End the spooky stuff and Taya's gimmick.

- North vs. Swann/Mack:
They keep teasing a Swann/Mack feud. Might as well continue in that direction. The North win to be the final Impact tag champs.

- Edwards vs. Elgin:
Elgin wins and goes for the world title. Edwards sets his sights on becoming Global Champion.

- Shamrock vs. Fulton:
If this is Ken's last Impact match, Fulton should go over. Actually yeah just have Fulton go over and then go after Tessa.

- Cage vs. RVD:
As much as I'm loving RVD, I think this is set to be his last appearance. If so, Cage should win. Otherwise keep the fun going with a dirty win with Forbes' help.

- Moose vs. Rhino:
I don't see any reason for Rhino to go over, frankly.

- Sami vs. Tessa:
Tessa wins because that's a fresh direction with someone they've built for a good while.

More wrestling coming up.
