Gronk appearances, another AEW ladder competitor, Raw segment, Interview with McIntyre, assorted wrestling press, and Questions on Awesome Kong's status, independent wrestling in the territory days, Carnyland, Zeus in the WWE HOF, and a documentary I'd like to see

Rob Gronkowski is set for Thursday's Late Late Show with James Cordon and Friday's Ellen. I really hope we see a title defense on one or both.

AEW's Casino Ladder Match has added Luchasaurus.

Raw has added Street Profits and the Viking Raiders in an axe throwing contest, to follow their basketball contest last week. It's been a change for those teams, for sure.

Drew McIntyre spoke to ESPN.

Braun Strowman hit softball home runs.

A QT Marshall film won best documentary at the San Diego Comic Con.

Scott Bowden was remembered.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. I'm actually not sure if there's a strong chance of her returning as a wrestler once GLOW's over, which is probably why the angle of Nightmare Collective breaking up didn't get a prominent slot.

2 isn't a wrestling question.

3. It wasn't uncommon for wrestlers to work different promotions in different markets, since they weren't seen as competing with each other. Trying to work two promotions in the same market was a risky endeavor, though. "Outlaw shows" weren't really looked highly upon.

4. I expect it's going to be something they can do without taping new matches. The name certainly makes it sound like a departure from what they've built so far.

5. I don't see that being a big priority, since they usually use celebrity inductees to drive ticket sales and he's not really getting a lot of work these days.

6. Vince McMahon. No question.

More wrestling tomorrow.
