#SpeakingOut movement brings forth allegations

David Starr has been accused of sexual assault by a former girlfriend, along with other abusive behavior. Starr has since deleted his Twitter account, but his relevant tweets and hers are available in news articles like this one.

- Over The Top Wrestling declared their championship vacated.

- TNT Extreme Wrestling declared their championship vacated as well, also announcing cutting ties with Starr.

- Revolution Pro declared their Southside Championship vacated.

- Beyond Wrestling announced they will no longer work with Starr.

- "We The Independent" announced severing its business relationship with Starr.

- PROGRESS has announced they will no longer work with Starr.

Jordan Devlin has been accused of physical abuse. WWE has begun looking into the allegation.

- PROGRESS has announced Devlin has been indefinitely suspended and his tag team championship has been vacated.

Kamikaze Pro Wrestling has announced it will not work with anyone accused as part of this movement, and will not acknowledge anyone who worked with them in the past.

Scotland's Fierce Females has cut ties with promoter Mikey Whiplash after a number of allegations have come forward about him.

Matt Riddle was accused of sexual abuse.

- Riddle's lawyer released a statement on this accusation, accusing the individual bringing forth the allegation of repeated cyberstalking.

- Riddle responded to the allegations.

Travis Banks was suspended indefinitely by PROGRESS.

- Banks responded to allegations.

- PROGRESS later announced they will no longer be working with him.

- WWE released Banks on June 26.

NWA vice president David Lagana resigned following revelations of sexual assault.

- Lagana released a statement responding to the allegation in detail.

- Lagana's accuser responded to this statement.

WWE announced it will suspend anyone arrested for sexual assault, domestic violence, or child abuse, with an immediate termination upon conviction.

Jimmy Havoc's AEW status is under review following a sexual assault claim. A decision will be made when he completes rehabilitation and counseling.

Impact is investigating multiple allegations of sexual assault from contracted talents.

Jack Gallagher has been released from WWE following reports of attempted sexual assault.

- Joey Janela responded to Ryan's apology in a negative way.

- Ryan's Bar Wrestling will no longer be running in the Bootleg Theater as a result, and Bar Wrestling has been removed from Highspots Wrestling Network.

- Impact this week was re-edited to remove Ryan's content.

- Impact's #CancelCulture stable has been removed from their online roster page. Rob Van Dam and Jacob Crist remain, but that gimmick appears to have been dropped.

- Joey Ryan released a long video responding to allegations on July 18.

MLW ring announcer Mark Adam Haggerty has been released from the company. Catalyst Wrestling followed suit.

PROGRESS has announced splitting from Glen Robinson and Matt Richards.

Sammy Guevara apologized for making sexually abusive comments toward Sasha Banks: Tweet 1 Tweet 2

- Sasha Banks confirmed they had spoken on the matter.

- AEW has indefinitely suspended Sammy without pay over the comment, and he will undergo sensitivity training while his status is evaluated. His salary will go to a local women's shelter in the meantime.

- Santana will replace Sammy against Matt Hardy on Dynamite this week.

- Sammy released a video apology, too, vowing to take a break from social media while he goes through counseling.

Being The Elite was delayed this week due to the movement.

- The Elite are removing episodes featuring Joey Ryan.

Dave Crist has been released from Impact as a result of the movement. No content featuring him will air on the company's shows going forward. His release has been expected for some time, and the locker room had banished him from the last taping.

Michael Elgin has been suspended from Impact while the company investigates allegations against him.

- Impact announced on June 26 that Elgin will no longer be featured in the promotion. They have removed references to him on their website, as well as all merchandise he had on sale.

- Elgin has deleted his social media accounts following his release. His statement on the dismissal was reported beforehand.

- Elgin released a video responding to the allegations.

Marty Scurll has been accused of sexual abuse.

- Scurll responded to the accusation, calling it consensual.

- Scurll released a second response later.

Keith Lee came forward with a story of sexual abuse.

wXw has cut ties with Julian Pace and Jay Skillet after accusations from their students. The company is editing Shotgun to remove their matches in segments.

Pete Dunne's ATTACK! Wrestling is taking an indefinite hiatus after roster members have been accused during the movement.

- Kimber LeeScott Holladay, Danjerhawk and Razerhawk, Green Ant, Joshua Wells, Jhammermeier, Hallowicked, and Frightmare all announced splitting from the promotion.

Elite Canada Championship Wrestling has removed multiple roster members following accusations.

- ECCW co-owner Jeff Duncan has separated from the company.

World of Sport's Alex Shane has resigned from his position at WrestleTalk following allegations of repeated sexual assault.

"Expose Wrestling," a Twitter account that had publicized a lot of Speaking Out allegations, shut down following legal threats from people who felt they had been unfairly accused.

Multiple UK wrestling promotions are facing difficulties following losing a number of names over allegations in this movement. This comes at a time when COVID-19 has already hurt their business, and there's legitimate concern a number of companies won't return to running shows. NXT UK is among these groups.

UK's Equity union has met with several female wrestlers. It's believed future meetings will include political and legal figures.

Scotland is considering examining wrestling events and schools after these allegations.

Jazzy Gabert has come forward with allegations of sexual assault and other related misconduct, including in WWE.

Terri Runnels stated Brock Lesnar exposed himself to her early in his WWE career.

Saraya Knight has been accused of sexual activity with a minor. She has said she's done with wrestling as a result and has deleted her social media accounts.

Velveteen Dream has been again accused of sexual misconduct toward minors.

NXT UK referee Joel Allen has been released in connection with appearing in a video related to David Starr's scandals.

NXT UK's Joe Coffey has been suspended by WWE following accusations during the #SpeakingOut movement.

Former Impact referee Kris Levin spoke about an accusation a female talent made against a member of Impact management years ago. He says him reporting the allegation led to his release. Anthem has stated they had an independent investigator at the time and found the story without merit. They further say the allegation came years after the talent had been employed and Levin's release was unrelated to this.

Jay Lethal has been accused of multiple instances of sexual misconduct and harassment by Kelly Klein, echoing earlier claims from Taeler Hendrix, who showed support for Kelly's tweet.

- Lethal responded to his name coming up in the Speaking Out movement.

Over The Top Wrestling announced a number of changes:
- Talent relations will now be headed up by Anne O Brien, who will also work with their training facilities.

- All management, performers, and staff will be vetted for criminal records.

- A board has been established to discuss issues in Irish wrestling scene. In addition to promoter Joe Cabray, this will include roster members LJ Cleary, (Session Moth) Martina, Kaydee McKeon Joyce, and FFPW coach Katey Harvey.

- A code of conduct is being drafted.

- The School of Wrestling NI (Northern Ireland) will be opened later this year, as will a school in Dublin. (Session Moth) Martina will join the coaching team with these additional schools.

Australia's PWA is putting together a code of conduct and investigating allegations.
