WWE-FS1 updates, more on Tessa-Impact, Cauliflower Alley Club convention plan, Eric Angle sentenced, Owens speaking date moves, Dream hospitalized, Interviews with Joe+Xavier+D-Von/Undertaker, new NXT match, WWE taping plans, Smackdown segment rescheduled, Road To returning, and Questions on WWE changing COVID, and Bret in the nWo

Backstage ending was not a result of COVID-19. FOX felt the audience level wasn't worth the expenses involved. There's a possibility a few episodes happen as specials.

- FS1 will continue airing other WWE content such as past PPVs.

Tessa Blanchard didn't come to Impact due to feeling she might have difficulty returning to Mexico, where she lives with her fiance.

Vampiro will host an El Rey Network talk show beginning July 9.

The Cauliflower Alley Club is scheduled for a convention from September 21 to September 23. Honorees include Rob Van Dam, Road Warriors, Greg Oliver, Dominic DeNucci, Brian Pillman, Jr., Ricky Santana, Jazz, and Herb Simmons.

- Greg Oliver has indicated he doesn't expect to attend due to COVID-19 concerns. Oliver is from Canada and the convention is in Nevada.

Eric Angle got probation and fines due to being part of a steroid ring.

Kevin Owens' Scotland speaking event has been moved to November 5.

Velveteen Dream was recently hospitalized after being involved in a car accident.

Booker T. spoke to Samoa Joe, Xavier Woods, and D-Von Dudley in Texas.

The Undertaker spoke to Sam Roberts about Hell in a Cell, bad opponents, and more.

Smackdown drew 2.17 million viewers this week for a show featuring WrestleMania's Boneyard match.

Great American Bash this week has added Io Shirai vs. Sasha Banks in a non-title match.

WWE's taping plans this week are:
- Wednesday, July 1: Great American Bash (both weeks)
- Thursday, July 2: Smackdown and 205 Live for July 3 and July 10
- Friday, July 3: Raw and Main Event for July 6 and July 13

Smackdown this week will feature Sheamus' toast to Jeff Hardy that was scheduled for June 26.

Fyter Fest will have a "Road To" YouTube series.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. I imagine they were aware of the criticism they were getting.

Nothing to add to 2, 3, 5, or 6.

4. There's no way an nWo with Bret Hart in the Hogan role would have been nearly as successful. Hollywood Hogan was much more charismatic and interesting than Bret, with the shocking heel turn making a huge splash. I don't know if there would have been as much of a push for an Attitude Era if WCW wasn't as successful with the nWo and the direction it represented, though I do think WWF would have still needed to get behind younger, fresher talent and would have still won the war.

More wrestling tomorrow.
