- Mia/Shotzi/Tegan vs. CLR/Kai/Raquel:
I'm fine with Tegan pinning Dakota to setup Nox challenging Charlotte. The whole point of having Flair in NXT is "doing a tour" and working with all the names who will hopefully make it to Raw and Smackdown in the future.
- Finn vs. Priest:
I like Damian, but him going over Finn would be a bit much. Balor wins and we start the countdown to Priest moving to Raw or Smackdown. The man's 38. I'm thinking Finn vs. Keith Lee next.
- Flair vs. Rhea vs. Io:
Flair with the win over Io to continue the Rhea/Io feud. I don't know how long is left on Shirai's deal, but she's been in NXT far too long for someone with her skills. Summerslam weekend plan for me is Flair vs. Candice for the title, with LeRae thinking she should be the focus of the brand instead of Charlotte.
- Lee vs. Johnny:
Not much left for Gargano to do in NXT. Have him win the title and do the open challenge thing. That also adds to Candice wanting gold of her own...
- Ciampa vs. Kross:
Let's not kill the new guy's momentum this soon. Kross wins but the battle continues after the match when Kross tries to do more damage. Feud continues.
- Cole vs. Dream:
NXT needs a fresh direction. Dream wins. Strong looks to challenge next, which naturally leads to friction in UE. Cole vs. Strong before Summerslam. Honestly I think I'd move all of UE to other brands after that. Time for new things in NXT, which can include names from Raw and Smackdown who are falling through the cracks getting a new direction.
