Angle talks retirement, Questions on Sheik/Virgil, NXT, and the ECW DVD, former WWE name backstage at TNA tapings, Heyman gives advice to young talents, Moore update, and backstage feelings in TNA

Kurt Angle has stated that he won't wrestle past 46-years old. That's probably wise given all of the pain his body has undergone over the years.

For my take on the 5/31 PWInsider.com questions:
Nothing to add to 1 or 2. For 3, it could be Virgil's reputation of trying to (allegedly) scheme people out of money.

4. All I've heard about a home for NXT is Hulu and YouTube. I don't know if there's enough demand to put it back on TV.

5. Hopefully that starts a trend where they're more loose about standards. Maybe they could sell censored and uncensored versions of DVDs?

After the break, I hit everything else from 5/31.

Cliff Compton, formerly WWE's Domino, was backstage at the 5/31 Impact Wrestling taping.

Update: He worked a dark match, losing to Crimson. Maybe he'll be in a future Gut Check?

Paul Heyman delivered some passionate advice to the wrestlers of today. I hope they take heed.

Shannon Moore confirmed that he won't be returning to TNA anytime soon.

There was a positive feeling at the 5/31 live Impact, which is good to hear. Joey Ryan's challenge of Taz was said to have gotten over well backstage.

Finally, Martin from the most recent Tough Enough visited at the 5/31 Impact. Maybe HE will end up on Gut Check, too?

More news later in the day!
