Jericho suspended after committing felony, Questions on road DVDs, VOD, ice cream bars, lucha, and pimping a website, big change to Impact Wrestling, update on Gut Check, and when Rock will be back

Chris Jericho was suspended by WWE after kicking a Brazilian flag at a live event in Brazil. He was almost arrested for the act, which wasn't approved by WWE. He's accepting of the consequences. It's a shame that that situation ended up like that.

Update: Daniel Bryan replaced him on the tour of Spain.

For my take on the 5/25 PWInsider.com questions:
1. It'd be cool if they did. They'd have to think that there would be good money in it to do it.

2. WWE Classics is something of an albatross - they're only keeping it around because they're contractually obligated to. All eyes are on the WWE Network.

3. According to Punk in interviews, he's had meetings with "suits" in WWE about it. It's a slow process and they have to think that there's long-term demand for it.

After the break, I hit everything else from 5/25.

4. I think it could end up being more popular as the Latino population grows but it's not on ts way to being mainstream yet. I could always be wrong.

Nothing to add to 5, other than cagematch.de is a great resource for seeing what wrestlers are up to match-wise.

JBL posted his thoughts on the Chris Jericho suspension.

All of the backstage segments on the 5/24 Impact Wrestling were unscripted as far as no one wrote the verbiage for them. More situations like that are planned for future Impacts. Some of those speeches were markedly better than what they usually say.

TNA is thinking of spinning off Gut Check. I'd certainly watch if it's kept similar to what they do on Open Fight Nights and the week after.

The Rock is expected to return in early 2013 to build to WrestleMania. He has films to shoot before then.

That's all for the 5/25 news. 5/26's is up next.
