WWE is auditioning for new Divas in what could be a return of the Diva Search. No in-ring experience is necessary. That's kind of risky. I get that they want attractive women in the division, but surely they'd be better served by picking up some more people who have in-ring experience? It generally takes years to become really good at wrestling. Just my two cents.
WWE has signed Oregon State alum Clayton Jack after he impressed Gerry Brisco. Hopefully he does well. He's got a solid background at least.

1. A lot of times it is pretty much up to Management how far you get in your career. Twitter followers and YouTube views will only help you so much if you don't win them over.
2. He's worked live events recently in the character. There hasn't been any word on what they're waiting on.
