Post-Raw dark match, WWE talks to Trish, Miz talks attack, Melina talks release, R-Truth suspended, WWE video game releases, Mysterio appearance, examining Sin Cara's injury, UK ratings, Layla update, Slammy Awards set, TTTT '11 poster, theme and host for next week's live Smackdown, Foley talks comedy, Luger talks turning his life around, Raw rating, Orton interview, Sheamus talks anti-bullying, Matt Hardy update, and Jericho's 1/2/12 whereabouts

After Raw went off the air, John Cena, Randy Orton and Big Show defeated The Miz, Dolph Ziggler, and Jack Swagger. Miz walked out on his team in the middle of the match.

Trish Stratus talked to WWE.com about WWE '12 and more. I'd love to see her face Kharma as well. Kharma's still under contract, and as far as I know they plan on using her once she makes it through pregnancy. I wouldn't get my hopes up on that match happening, but it's always possible.

The Miz briefly commented on his attack to R-Truth. Certainly an interesting turn of events.

Melina talked about her release from WWE and more. I don't see WWE looking her way again any time soon, and there's still no word about TNA being interested.

R-Truth was suspended for 30 days after violating the Wellness Policy. Want to know how to blow the biggest push of your career? Do what he did. It's possible that this suspension was held off until after Survivor Series for obvious reasons. He didn't just let himself down, he let WWE down. I hope he learns from this and comes back strong. His work's been amazing lately and this self-created setback is quite unfortunate.

WWE released WWE '12 today, and WWE All-Stars made its way to the 3DS.

After the break, I go into the rest of the day's news and notes.

Rey Mysterio will appear at the Houston Hot Rod Show on 11/25. No word on when we'll see him back on TV.

Superluchas.net has a frame by frame look at Sin Cara's knee injury. Ouch. Curious that it was injured before the dive. I believe he has a history of knee injuries.

Here's a long look at recent UK ratings among other things.

Layla stated in a WWE.com chat that she's nearing a return to TV. Cool enough I guess. Depends on what she brings to the table after her injury.

The 3-hour Raw set for 12/12 will be the 2011 Slammy Awards. Not a huge surprise. Fine by me. They need SOMETHING to fill that much time.

Jennifer Hudson attributed going to see David Otunga wrestle in FCW with saving her life (as she wasn't in Chicago when her family was murdered).

Here's the poster for the 2011 Tribute to the Troops event. I think I'll just watch and cover the 2-hour version since otherwise I'd be rehashing something that had already sort of aired.

Next week's edition of Smackdown will be live on Tuesday 11/29. WWE's advertising it as a Smackdown Live Holiday Special, and Mick Foley will be the guest host. I'm not really sure if that's a good thing or not.

Speaking of Foley, he addressed The Rock's return among other things while plugging his post-Survivor Series comedy gig.

Lex Luger talked about turning around his life post-wrestling via religion.

Raw pulled in a 3.2 on Monday night. Not bad, but of course could be higher coming off a very buzzworthy Survivor Series with a new WWE Champion.

Randy Orton was interviewed. Interesting thoughts on Rock.

Sheamus made an appearance before Smackdown in conjunction with WWE's anti-bullying efforts.

Matt Hardy's still in jail after his girlfriend didn't post his $1,000,000 bail. Fine by me.

Chris Jericho will be in Hawaii on 1/2/12, so it doesn't look like the recent WWE teaser is about his return. I was thinking Undertaker, personally (though his return status has lately been very up in the air).

That's all for Tuesday's news. More to come tomorrow. Thanks for reading!
