Questions on Hart being part of the WCW buyout, overanalyzing, D'Angelo Dinero, 2012 Rumble, Serena interview, Punk to do O&A, WWE stars seen at The Kowloon, Del Rio interview, Hogan game goes more international, Rock talks Rock Bottom, Savage in WWE 12, Foley after Raw, did Taker ball with Magic?, WWE tops list of mobile video searches, new Survivor Series match, no Cena on GameDay, Maria shoot preview, Foley on 30 Rock, and Goldust wants Cody at Mania

Starting with Wednesday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. This was a very interesting question and response. I would have assumed his contract was one of those that had to agree to be transferred, since he was a big signing there.

2. I definitely think it takes some of the fun away. Some would say a lot. I agree with a lot of what was said here. I try not to be one of "those" fans who overanalyze and look for meaning in every little thing, but I almost certainly fall victim to it as well. I do armchair booking just like a lot of others, but I try to give things chances and not take it TOO seriously. But I do think that most if not all matches need to have a purpose (even if it's just "have these guys on TV so they stay in fans' minds" and doesn't accomplish much else). Of course, those shouldn't be the norm. Matches should matter in the grand picture the bookers are trying to make. It is more enjoyable to say "they have a number of ways they could go that could be interesting" than "here's how they blew it/are blowing it". I'll give them that. Wins and losses aren't the end all-be all in my mind compared to where things go from there. If a heel gets himself DQ'd, he loses but he could still really make you care about what he's doing if things are done right.

3. Nothing really to add there. They just want to push other people and issues. Same story as everything else it feels like at times.

After the break, I go into the rest of Wednesday's news and questions, starting with how many competitors will be in the next Royal Rumble.

 4. I'm a big fan of that kind of match in general, so as long as we don't get too much "crowding" (like the 41-man battle royal), I'm ok with it. Let me put it this way, I'd rather see a well-done 40-man Rumble than an unfulfilling 30-man Rumble if that makes sense. I do like the thought process that it isn't as special, but WWE hasn't done the "earning a place in the match" thing in so long that it didn't feel as special anyway. If they go back to that idea, 30's fine since it's more exclusive.

5. No argument from me. Eddie was a phenomenally talented performer in all areas. I'd like to see someone of today's generation tap into their gifts as well as he did. I always enjoyed seeing him, no matter the role. He took what could have been so-so stories and angles and made them great. That's a rare, amazing gift. RIP.

Serena talked about her concussions and more. Good read.

C.M. Punk will be on Opie and Anthony on 11/18.

More than 30 Superstars (!) were sighted at The Kowloon in Boston.

Alberto Del R(rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrriiiiiiiiiiii)io was interviewed by Hombre. He defends the WWE Title against C.M. Punk Sunday, but that kind of got lost beneath all the Rock hype. Interesting read. Very talented individual. I can definitely see him branching out into Hollywood.

Hulk Hogan's Main Event will be one of the Majesco games distributed in PAL regions under a new deal.

The Rock responded to Mick Foley's dismay at being Rock Bottomed on Raw.

Randy Savage was announced for WWE '12. Very cool to see. Next stop: Hall of Fame?

WWE.com talked to Mick Foley after "This is Your Life" went awry. Not bad.

The LA Times looked at the urban legend that The Undertaker played basketball in high school with Magic Johnson. Not true. I'd love to see Taker play basketball in character, though.

WWE topped a list of mobile video searches through Vuclip. Good for them.

Dolph Ziggler will once more pull double duty at Survivor Series, defending his United States Championship against John Morrison. Are you serious bro? That title shot had Ryder's name all over it. I'm guessing they're getting everything they can out of JoMo before his contract expires in a few weeks.

Sky Germany will begin showing all of WWE's programming in HD on 1/1/12.

John Cena was replaced for this weekend's College GameDay by Carl Lewis. No word on why the change had to be made.

Maria is part of a new shoot interview now available, previewed here.

Mick Foley will be a part of a future episode of "30 Rock".

Goldust wants a title vs. career match with his half-brother Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania. Fine by me as long as it's done well. Meaning it's a solid story and Rhodes gets the rub.

That's all for Wednesday's news. More to come later. Thanks for reading!
