Austin interview, Questions on World Titles, future endeavoring, kayfabe shirts, haircuts, and Francine, another Lockdown-theaters update, why Del Rio was moved, Ryan profiled, Stooge demeans Raw experience, more on Edge-WWE, 4/19 Impact rating, and Z! TLIS #63

Stone Cold Steve Austin was interviewed by the UK Sun. No way would Mania have "failed" without HHH vs. Taker. They had Punk vs. Jericho and Cena vs. Rock. I do agree that WWE needs to push some new guys into the main event scene with the careers of HHH, Taker, etc. slowing down, and also think if Punk became more intense he could be a true top guy like Cena.

For my take on the 4/20 PWInsider.com questions:
1. I also don't consider it a "World" Title like the AWA and NWA Titles. Flair's still the guy with the most World Titles in my book.

2. It's got to be coming eventually, right? Especially with new FCW call-ups waiting in the wings and some returning faces. Not only did WWE trademark it; they sell Future Endeavored T-shirts! It is pretty ridiculous.

3. Yeah, they're going for $9.99. Maybe they should add "botch" to the list? The audience who knows and cares about what those terms mean isn't huge enough to warrant that many shirts being made apparently.

After the break, I go into everything else from 4/20. Next up, wrestlers getting haircuts.
4. Sometimes wrestlers need a fresh look. I do think it was crazy for Sabu to shave his head, though, as he didn't have the same crazy look he was known for.

5. Nothing to really add here other than that I seem to remember her having a video appearance at TNA's ECW reunion show (that they couldn't legally call an ECW reunion show).

TNA says that a number of markets that allegedly had issues showing Lockdown in theaters were in fact able to air the show. Sorry for the mistake if that's the case.

Alberto Del Rio was put on Smackdown to add another heel to the brand. Works for me. He'll get more of a chance to shine there.

E!'s The Soup discussed the "Yes!" chant. It's certainly going places, breaking out at basketball games and a concert.

Mason Ryan was profiled in his home country due to WWE's tour there.

Sean Hayes, who played Larry in the Three Stooges movie, took shots at his guest appearance on Raw. Ouch. C.M. Punk fired back.

As of 4/20, negotiations were underway to re-sign Edge to WWE. They were less than pleased that news of him being close to leaving were leaked. They want to sign him to a deal similar to what Foley and HBK have, which is a lot bigger than the standard "Legends" contract.

The 4/19 edition of Impact Wrestling got a 0.96 coming off of Lockdown. OUCH. There were technical difficulties (on Spike's end) at play, so that likely had something to do with it, but that's rather unimpressive.

Finally, here's the 63rd episode of Zack Ryder's YouTube show. Some of it got cut because of WWE. I can't say I'm surprised that they're censoring something for their channel. What happened to this guy's push?

That's all the news for 4/20. More to come shortly. Thanks for reading!
