On the 5/10 edition of WWE Superstars, NXT's new security team is in action. And on Impact Wrestling, AJ Styles' secret is revealed. Read on for my thoughts on the shows as they happened.
Two former Intercontinental Champions in the opening bout.
Good work as always by McIntyre here. They put on a good match.
Quick Divas match. Glad Natalya won.
Very good work early from Hunico and Kidd.
Actually, good work from both all around.
I'm impressed by both men's performances. Camacho's adding to the match, too.
Skipping the video packages from Raw for time purposes...
Good work early in the tag match.
And a good match overall.
And now, Impact Wrestling...
Roode starting the show bragging every week gets really old.
Roode's reign isn't as long as some of Jeff Jarrett's NWA Title reigns.
Chaotic start to the show. Not a surprise.
I don't really care who faces Roode at Sacrifice. This whole promotion is stale, especially at the top.
Good Bully Ray promo.
Final Encounter of Morgan and Crimson on TV instead of PPV. Why?
I could also not care much less about who Madison wants to impress. So many so-so characters here.
Ugh. Booty-shaking. If I wanted to see that kind of thing, there are plenty of non-wrestling places where it can be seen.
So-so match. Nothing great.
Odd video on Storm.
I don't think a lot of people care about Crimson being undefeated anymore. What else does he have going for him?
D'Lo, Al, and Simon get a lot of TV time.
Good heel move by Crimson wanting to win the match.
Interesting promo by RVD.
Good to see Ion again. If we didn't have to see Hogan and Bischoff (via video packages) so much, maybe we'd see some of these talented guys more.
More X-Division flippy stuff.
They're busting their asses, though.
Fine match between Aries and Ion, compared to some of the stuff we get on this show.
RVD's promos all sound about the same (which made the one in the video package stand out as good).
Please tell me it's a WWE contract in the envelope so we'll finally be done with Styles vs. Daniels and Kazarian.
What? Styles is cheating with Dixie? lolTNA.
Seriously... that's a pretty dumb swerve. There are some ideas that should just be thrown out. AJ/Dixie is one of them.
Maybe that hamster Devon will lose the title soon.
Not crazy about that match going down like that. I'm ready for the Robbies to reign again.
I still think Storm should have won at Lockdown.
The Storm video package was well done. I'm just not crazy about the direction for him.
TNA will just let Joseph Park come to the ring?
They're setting Devon up well as a strong champion.
Abyss' brother should sue for an unsafe work environment.
Abyss looks ridiculous in this role.
Maybe they finally brought Abyss back at Sacrifice?
Aries isn't that much smaller than Bully...

Crazy action in the 4-way.
I've seen RVD do these same spots since 2001.
Someone botched Taz's commentary. If Roode won the main event, he could choose to face RVD in a regular match. It's only a ladder match when RVD wins.
And RVD wins to close out Impact. Not a big surprise.
Abyss just shows up out of nowhere? To possibly feud with his "brother"? Crazy stuff.
