First up, a query:
1. As for WWE family relations: Bo Dallas and Bray Wyatt are brothers; Diego and Fernando are cousins; Goldust and Stardust are half-brothers; The Usos are brothers also related to The Rock, Roman Reigns, and Tamina Snuka; The Bella Twins are sisters.
Adrian Neville retained the NXT Championship against Sami Zayn on a main roster live event this weekend. I assume we'll see both on the main roster by this time next year.
Luke Harper and Erick Rowan teamed up this weekend to beat R-Truth and Mark Henry when Henry abandoned Truth. I wouldn't assume this means Harper and Rowan are sticking together. The producers on-hand were probably just working with who was there.
Everything else from yesterday is after the break.
For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. I think numbers will continue to be somewhat disappointing. WWE's got an uphill battle convincing people to pay for the Network.
2. "He was a dependable worker with name value and is available" is about the only criteria they needed. They probably needed some names to fill out the cast and he fit the bill.
3. A very large portion of the WWE audience has absolutely no idea who any of these signings are before they make it to Raw or Smackdown, and probably doesn't even care. This is like asking why George Lucas would be billed as the creator of "Star Wars" instead of "THX-1138".
Nothing to add to 4. I hope this one can rest for a while, because it's been addressed a lot.
5. It depends on the manager for me. I do think adding some would be beneficial for certain acts, like it was for Jack Swagger with Zeb Colter, etc.. Some people just aren't great talkers, and would be really helped by having someone charismatic to speak on their behalf.
More wrestling tomorrow.
