New Network episode, Interviews with Santino/Stone Cold/Kofi, SD anniversary update, AEW signs battle royal competitor, WWE charity, WWE-FOX note, injured name backstage, Bray merch, more on Theory-NXT, NJPW injury update, All Out UK PPV update, Raw dark match, and Questions on "blood and guts" at Takeover, why some piledrivers are OK, talents staying in NXT, Memphis videos, and why AWA didn't push Hogan

A new "Table for 3" aired after Raw with Braun Strowman, Alexa Bliss, and Ember Moon. I really enjoyed the Braun/Alexa pairing.

Santino Marella is on Lilian Garcia's latest podcast.

Smackdown Live's FOX debut will be a 20th Anniversary episode. Hulk Hogan, Goldberg, Sting, Ric Flair, Mick Foley, Kurt Angle, Mark Henry, Booker T., Jerry Lawler, Trish Stratus, and Lita are all advertised. Odd to put Goldberg and Sting on a show they're not really associated with, but I understand putting every available top name there.

AEW has announced signing Orange Cassidy. What little I've seen of him has been very entertaining. I hope he can make his act work long-term on a big stage.

Ali, No Way Jose, and Tony Nese did a Special Olympics boat race before Raw.

Kofi Kingston, Charlotte Flair, Sonya Deville, and Kayla Braxton were at a Girl Up Leadership Panel before Raw.

Stone Cold discussed his new show and more.

FOX will film WWE promos soon, featuring talent from both brands.

Tommaso Ciampa was backstage at Takeover:Toronto.

Kofi Kingston appeared on FOX Sports 1's First Things First to talk Summerslam, Smackdown Live on FOX, and more.

A Firefly Fun House box has been released. AMAZING. More talents need to come up with merch ideas, etc.

Austin Theory was selected to appear at Takeover:Toronto due to being WWN Champion. It's believed that whichever man won his match at EVOLVE's 10th anniversary would have gotten that spot. EVOLVE is stating Theory will continue wrestling there as long as he's champion, so that's something of a tease he'll head to NXT when his title reign is over.

NJPW's Katsuyori Shibata was physically involved in an angle at the G1 Climax finals, leading to speculation he'll return to the ring after he was previously said to never be coming back to the ring. Time will tell.

All Out will be on PPV in the UK on ITV Box Office. The Buy In preshow will air on ITV 4. AEW will likely get its TV show on ITV 4 in October.

After Raw, Seth Rollins, Braun Strowman, and Ricochet defeated all three members of The OC. I wouldn't be shocked to see that match on TV soon.

Read on for my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. No, because no one actually used the barbed wire. WWE is continuing to stay away from intentional bleeding, in contrast to AEW's more hardcore elements. I expect that will stay the same.

2. The bump is different. It's not a straight drop down, so it's much less of a risk.

3. Honestly I'd rather see the other shows effectively utilize NXT Era talents, and for NXT to be an effective training ground for what talents are expected to do long-term. It's an indictment of the system that stars are signed and developed (at great expense) in a style that doesn't fit with the current vision for Raw and Smackdown Live.

4. The story I've always heard is that the ownership situation is complicated to the point of it being a barrier to any one party (WWE, Jerry Lawler) getting it together to feature it.

5. Basically Hogan didn't fit the "vision" Verne had for AWA. Verne didn't want to take things in the direction Vince took them, and time passed the company by.

More wrestling tomorrow.
