Main Event Reax - 8/30/19, Interviews with Borash/Foley/Gronkowski/Ryder/Bivens/Renee/Ember/HHH/Cassidy/Cain, Flair trademarking The Man?, Seth honored by PWI, FOX SD commercial, Impact helping promote AAA show, another Network update, WWE celebrating IC anniversary, more ROH contenders, how Drake prepared for 24/7 win, Impact name headed to All Out?, ROH injury, AEW special online, and Questions on Abyss' whereabouts, AEW names and Punk on Amell's new show, and a name I'd like to see signed

- Main Event:
- Lacey vs. Dana:
Kind of silly so far.

Not bad, just kind of basic.

I like Lacey's mean streak.

Dana's impressing me on this show.

Fun ending.

- Slater Gator vs. EY/Mojo:
I missed this silly team. What happened to the new Mojo??

Fine basic wrestling.

Fine to fill some time.

Jeremy Borash is on Edge and Christian's latest podcast.

Mick Foley promoted Starrcast and discussed Bray Wyatt. I also praise Bray for being able to pull off such different sides of himself.

Ric Flair has applied to trademark "The Man" for wrestling purposes, which would obviously affect WWE using that name for Becky Lynch. Ideally both would be able to have merchandise with that name; it's not as unique as, say, The Nature Boy.

WWE endorsed Seth Rollins' Pro Wrestling Illustrated rating. I mean, winning the Universal Championship matches at WrestleMania and Summerslam are pretty good qualifications.

Rob Gronkowski cut a promo on Mojo Rawley.

Zack Ryder and Malcolm Bivens spoke to Sam Roberts.

FOX released a Smackdown commercial. The brand will go back to the name "Friday Night Smackdown" with the October 4 move. Honestly that's a pretty cool commercial; I love the integration of pop culture moments.

Impact is collaborating to promote AAA's New York show. It's not clear what they're doing exactly, since Tessa Blanchard and Taya Valkyrie were already booked for the event. The Fight Network involvement is great for AAA, though, for sure.

WWE Network has been updated for Amazon's Fire Stick, fixing some bugs.

Renee Young spoke to Alicia Atout. I'm glad WWE let Young sit down with the AEW-linked Alicia.

WWE is celebrating the Intercontinental Championship's 40th anniversary with social media content this week, including a roundtable with Randy Orton, Christian, and The Miz on September 5. I like that! WWE could do more with such concepts going forward.

ROH's world championship contendership tournament has added Bandido, Colt Cabana, PCO, and Mark Haskins. Pleasantly surprised to see Colt there. This could be an interesting tournament, and a chance for a new beginning for ROH.

Ember Moon spoke on Ronda Rousey's website. Pretty cool to hear how driven she is.

Triple H endorsed NXT UK's Jordan Devlin in The Irish Mirror.

Drake Maverick hiding under the ring to win the 24/7 Championship was videoed. This has been really entertaining and silly.

Awesome Kong is working as a coach in AEW. That's great! She's got a lot to pass on.

AEW is working with Impact to have Tennille Dashwood appear in All Out's Casino Battle Royale. That would be great!

Jonathan Gresham got a leg injury at an independent show, with the match being stopped. There's no word on what happened and how long he'll be out, but that sucks.

Orange Cassidy spoke to Chris Van Vliet before All Out. I love this.

Cain Velasquez discussed the reaction to his AAA debut.

AEW's Countdown to All Out special was released online.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. I believe he appeared at AXXESS as Abyss, but other than that he's Chris Parks the producer.

2. It's certainly not out of the question.

3. Nothing to indicate he still is.

4. AEW using Hana Kimura would make a ton of sense. She's really building a following online and Stardom is clearly open to having talent work AEW.

Nothing to add to 5.

More wrestling coming up.
