PWInsider.com has new questions up today. Here's my take on them:
#1 I've already answered so I'm skipping it. For #2, this is assuming that Bryan doesn't lose the briefcase before Mania, which I wouldn't be surprised with. Of the options, I'd want Rock/Cena to not be for the title. I'd be pretty surprised if they put someone else in with those two, so if it's for the title, it seems like the Rumble winner would go for the World Title.

3. It depends on who/what you want to see more of. The company's gone through a number of different distinct periods over the years. Sorry that that's not much help. Kurt Angle, Christian (Cage), Jeff Jarrett and Samoa Joe had some of my favorite TNA matches against each other, so that's who I'd check out.

4. Maybe her character loves being a Diva? I can't really think of anything other than that. People just yell sometimes to add to their characters/matches.

They've done #5 recently as well, though I really like their answer.

After the break, I go into the rest of the day's news, starting with a big lawsuit related to the Hepatitis C allegations against Abdullah The Butcher.
Abdullah The Butcher is being sued by a former wrestler who claims he contracted Hepatitis C from him. I don't get the part about blading being "beyond the sport of wrestling", but the consent part does raise some issues. That kind of spot should definitely have been discussed before the match, and someone who bleeds in matches as much as Abdullah should check themselves for diseases of that nature. But how many indy promoters would turn down the opportunity to use a wrestler that well-known (or not allow him to do his signature blading)? Things like blood tests, etc. are expenses that promoters that low on the wrestling totem pole can't easily cover. Anyway, I think he's got a potentially good case here.

This link goes into some important historical accomplishments that John Cena is in the midst of. Those are both pretty big deals. Cena's definitely been a big part of WWE these past 6 years.

Dusty Rhodes appeared at the 7/29 FCW house show. He's the lead booker there.

TNA will be showing C.M. Punk's matches from his time in the promotion. I'm a little split on that idea, but I think it could make them some money.

Ex-Nexus member Michael Tarver detailed his interactions with John Cena during his WWE tenure via Twitter and an interview. It's a little hard to follow. At first he accuses Cena of intentionally injuring him and sabotaging his career, then it seems more like it was an accident caused by recklessness. And he kind of goes back and forth on his feelings about Cena. I think I need to hear from other people involved before judging here. One thing that is interesting in his interview is that it confirms that the rookies on NXT come up with their own directions for their characters and promos. Good. Tarver did deliver in the promo department; I'd like to see him get a second chance down the line in either major company.

Charges on former WWE superstar Shad Gaspard stemming from an event earlier in the year have been dropped, as it seems they should have been.

WWE Films' next release is "Inside Out" starring Triple H. It's due out 9/9/11. No doubt we'll be seeing plenty of clips of it leading up to that date. Brace yourselves.

TNA's Tara participated in an "Undie Dash", which as you might have guessed involved running in underwear. It was all for the sake of a breast cancer-related charity. Just when I think I've read everything...

TNA held a special show at the recent San Diego Comic-Con. I got a chuckle out of the X-Division idea.

Shelly Martinez, formerly Ariel on WWE's ECW brand and Salinas in TNA, pitched a storyline for her return to the latter company to Vince Russo. She's REALLY mellow compared to her vampire character. Anyway, I'd be willing to give her another chance in the company. I don't really get why Cookie, as a heel from Jersey, would stick up for Salinas, but I think they could work something out. Maybe Robbie could be more of a prick to Cookie and that turns her face?

Thursday's Impact Wrestling did a 1.2, which is somewhat good for them. A cage match and Ultimate X should be draws if used right.

And finally, here's info on WWE's latest stock dividend.

That's all for Friday's news. More to come tomorrow. Thanks for reading!
