Query on GFW, Interviews with Jeff Hardy/Rampage, a look at Paul Heyman, another TNA contract extension, next big NXT show announced, NXT GM update and Questions on ROH's finances, losing Network subscribers and RVD

First up, a query:
1. It's currently unknown what the TV situation for GFW is or when it's debuting. I definitely think we'll hear something in the next few months, but no news yet!

Jeff Hardy talked about retiring, Willow and more. It doesn't look like he's planning on leaving TNA anytime soon. I wasn't really a fan of Willow, but I think it definitely has an audience.

The Independent has a look at Paul Heyman. Really good read! The story about the car wreck is kind of amusing in a dark way.

Everything else from Thursday (other than WWE's Q2 results) is after the break.
DJ Z has signed a multiple-year contract extension with TNA. That's cool. The Bro-mans are a pretty good act.

Rampage Jackson more or less buried TNA in a recent interview. In order:
-They're not shutting down yet.

- Rampage vs. King Mo in a TNA ring sounds like a good use of them to promote Bellator to me. Rampage vs. Angle would have been big, too.

- As for not seeing him there anymore, he's still listed on the roster and part of his singing was him being a part of TNA.

- I wonder how many more people will bury their time in TNA in the months to come as TNA's future looks shaky.

- I don't think we'll see Rampage wrestle anywhere else as long as TNA's on Spike. He was signed to wrestle there.

The next big NXT special will be on September 11. All three NXT championships will be defended then. I look forward to it. They've had two great live events so far.

NXT will have a new GM soon. I'm glad. JBL hasn't been a very good fit in the role.

For my take on Thursday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. It'd definitely be interesting to see how ROH is doing financially. The info's probably out there for those who want to dig for it.

2. There are some real errors in this question:

a. Losing a competitive match to a former WWE/World Champion who's headlined PPVs does not make you a "jobber". Otherwise pretty much every top guy would be a jobber, even Cena. Bray has gotten his heat back since the loss and I expect him to beat Y2J in the future on a PPV. Maybe even two PPVs in a row. A win at Summerslam means more than a win at Battleground.

b. While the battle royal was a let down, Miz wasn't in plain sight to the other wrestlers. The viewer can see things wrestlers can't when they're in the ring facing other wrestlers to avoid elimination.

c. Expecting Reigns to win the title one month into Cena's reign on an off-brand PPV before Summerslam is more than a little ridiculous.

All that said, I can certainly see a lot of fans leaving the Network over booking decisions. Some have legitimate gripes and some more or less have unrealistic expectations.

3. He's still there for now, working the upcoming Australian tour and possibly Summerslam. He could be leaving shortly thereafter, though. It makes sense to use the guy who's just there for a few months to put over the regular members of the roster.

Nothing to add to 4 or 5.

More wrestling coming up.
