Everett update, more on Bucks-ROH, Regal has surgery, Lesnar+Cena return updates, Rusev injured, TNA+ROH audience, Interviews with Jackyl/Cyrus+Busick, Rose family tragedy, and Questions on turning Ambrose, who stops the Wyatts, blading, and biggest missed opportunities by WWE

Andrew Everett will be missing EVOLVE dates due to his as-yet-undiagnosed knee injury.

The Young Bucks will continue to work other indie promotions and NJPW with their ROH deal. There were offers from NXT, TNA, and LU, but none gave them that level of flexibility. I'm glad they're doing something that will keep them doing what they love.

William Regal has undergone another neck surgery. He had been planning on returning to the ring as either a trainer or competitor, but that's now on hold at the very least. He will not be at WWE's UK tour of England, but will be part of the NXT tour there. I hope he can still contribute, even if it won't be in a physical sense.

All of the non-financial news from yesterday is after the break.

Brock Lesnar is advertised for a Dec. 19 show in Los Angeles, leading to speculation this will be turned into a WWE Network special. That would be a sensible timeframe. Whom does he destroy this time?

Update: John Cena is also being advertised for that show, which is a week earlier than a previously-advertised return in MSG. He's taking time off for personal reasons. I hope everything's OK and he comes back refreshed.

Rusev is expected to miss three or four weeks after rupturing a tendon in his biceps. Thankfully it's nothing too serious.

TNA drew 266,000 viewers in its first airing, and 98,000 for its replay. That's up from the previous week.

ROH drew a really impressive 227,000 viewers, their best one-hour showing of the DA era. Maybe they don't get dropped in a few weeks after all?

The Jackyl/Cyrus talked about what he's up to now:
- Funny stuff about working Mero.

- Heck, funny stuff in general.

- I wonder how many ECW marks tried to get in classes with Callis.

- He sounds like a riot.

WWE also interviewed the now-former Biff Busick:
- I'm impressed with that bio!

- Having knowledgeable trainers is obviously really important.

- Putting over your current trainers is always good.

- A combination of Daniel Bryan and Ultimate Warrior sounds pretty fun.

- I'm quite interested to see what this guy can do given his resume.

Adam Rose's sister recently passed away in her sleep, causing Rose to go back to South Africa for the first time in five years. She leaves behind a seven-year-old daughter. That's really rough. My thoughts are with them.

For my take on Thursday's PWInsider.com questions:
Nothing to add to 1.

2. I hope they don't turn Ambrose totally heel. A tweener is fine. Not right now, though. I think the Wyatts feud should be the focus of things while other prominent babyfaces are out. It looks like they're going right to Reigns vs. Rollins. It wouldn't shock me for the three-way to happen at TLC and/or the Rumble if they do want to turn Ambrose.

3. Those could both be really interesting. I'm really curious to see what happens.

4. There's no hard evidence they bladed.

5. The Invasion was definitely short-lived, for whatever that's worth. Hindsight's 20/20 and all, but they took a dream concept and got through it pretty quickly, all things considered. I guess WCW and ECW had several nails in the coffin when they were picked up and that led WWE to get whatever scraps were left before focusing on their own future at the expense of using the non-WWE names.

More wrestling tomorrow.
