Stone Cold-Raw note, Brock podcast edited, WWE returns and another potential one, Vince blows a gasket, TNA injury, Raw audience, Christian update, and Questions on teaming Ambrose/Reigns, a WWE return, Goldberg's streak, seeing more of Taker, and Taker's legacy

The Stone Cold segment from Raw was shot during Summerslam weekend. It would be crazy to fly Austin out just for a cameo when they could tape it beforehand.

Brock Lesnar's reference to "feeding the Jew" was cut from the archived version of his podcast with Stone Cold. Heyman has referred to himself as "Brock's Jew," but out of context, someone could potentially be offended and that's the last thing WWE wants.

The Usos are expected to be back on TV soon. They'd be perfect opponents for New Day.

WWE also has talked about bringing back Eugene in some form (possibly as a coach). Hopefully he could come back as a less offensive gimmick and work some great matches. He was really talented.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.
Vince McMahon was said to have been upset at Brock Lesnar's unscripted grabbing of the doctor at Hell in a Cell. While it was a great spot, I can see why Vince wouldn't want someone who's not there to take bumps in an unsafe environment.

New TNA signing Andrew Everett has been sidelined with a knee injury of some kind. Hopefully that's not too much of a setback for him.

Raw's audience Monday night was 3.35 million, pretty much in line with last week. That's not encouraging after such a newsworthy PPV. I think people are finally burned out with this much wrestling in a week.

Christian's WWE contract has officially expired. He hadn't stepped into the ring in more than a year due to fallout from concussions, etc.. I always thought he was one hell of a talent and quite underrated. Hopefully he does good things post-WWE. I don't know if he'll want to try his hand wrestling elsewhere or not, but I'm sure there are companies that would love to have him.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. I'm fine with them working together as long as both are in the spotlight. I'd rather them be featured together than lost in the shuffle apart!

2. I feel like their answer is cheating, although that's fitting given their choice. Off the top of my head, it could be fun to see Lashley come back and wreck some more fools.

3. I think it was closer to 155. Not that it matters all that much.

4. All of that! Both he and Vince know he won't be around forever, and he's a big part of WM32 in his home state. So, he's more important than in previous years.

5. There's this thing called "putting other wrestlers over" that's a good use for people closing in on retirement. Since Taker's not going to be around for too many more matches, it makes sense to have him elevate some people who could be the focal points in the future. It's the whole "passing the torch" idea. Vince has a lot of respect for Taker. He knows what he's doing.

More wrestling tomorrow.
