More promotions on the Network, Dreamer update, WWE listening outside the bubble, new TLC matches, Smackdown audience, more on Styles, WWE announcer ill, Interviews with Charlotte+Becky, Raw guests, more from Zayn, WWEPC guests, and Questions on NXT vs. the main roster, Bryan's future, whom to push, Charlotte's next opponent, and why Vince has lost touch

WWE has begun adding TV episodes from Smoky Mountain Wrestling and Mid-South Wrestling to the Network. Both are considered classic territories. WWE is building an impressive list of content, and there's more to come as they continue converting old footage for Network use.

Update: WWE is also adding footage from the AWA. It's worth checking out footage from promotions in years gone by to see what's different.

Update: WWE is now uploading footage from World Class Championship Wrestling, too. It looks like they've made progress in digitizing older footage.

Tommy Dreamer is not believed to have signed a contract with WWE. His deal as a producer for TNA allows him to take dates outside the company, so it's entirely possible he'll go back to TNA and indie shows after a brief stint in WWE. Dreamer worked the dark match after Raw, teaming with the Dudleys and Kane to beat the four members of the Wyatt Family. I suspect he'll just be working through TLC and maybe a show or two afterward, then go back to his duties for TNA and running HOH.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.
WWE is looking for someone to monitor what media/news sites are saying about them. I'm sure that's more complicated than being paid to read dirtsheets, but it sounds interesting. The important question is what WWE does with the information said about them.

WWE is also asking fans what segments they change the channel during and that kind of thing. It would be REALLY interesting to see what the results of that are.

Officially added to next weekend's TLC event:
- New Day vs. the Usos vs. Lucha Dragons for the WWE Tag Team Championship
- Kevin Owens vs. Dean Ambrose for the Intercontinental Championship

I think both of those matches will be good!

Smackdown's audience on Thanksgiving was 1.65 million viewers, a really sharp drop from the previous week and the lowest number in years. Hopefully they bounce back when it's not a holiday.

AJ Styles has missed another NJPW match. No word on his status for Final Battle. It would suck for him to miss that show.

Kyle Edwards was on the Raw pre-show because Scott Stanford was ill. Stanford's a great guy. I hope he's OK.

Charlotte and Becky Lynch did two interviews to promote Smackdown. I'm glad they got to do that.

Several Pittsburgh Steelers were at Raw.

Sami Zayn has been working out at the WWEPC. He could be back in the ring as soon as NXT's tour of London. That would be great! I definitely think he needs to either be in the Rumble or officially come up the night after WM32. They're wasting him in NXT; he's ready for the big time.

Big Show and Cesaro were at the WWEPC recently. I could see Show becoming a coach or something in the years to come.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. I do think there was some good drama to Eva Marie vs. Bayley. WWE kind of threw things together with the title tournament, so it's not surprising some people weren't fans of it. I think the semi-finals and finals were pretty good, as well as Sheamus' cash-in. A lot of it is that fans are burned out with MITB cash-ins and Roman's push, while NXT is doing more fresh things and listening to hardcore fans more.

2. I do. Bryan's future is still very much up in the air.

3. Ambrose on the face side. Barrett and Rusev on the heel side.

4. It made sense to have Charlotte face someone who's already been on the main roster. They should do Sasha vs. Charlotte at Mania, which would presumably mean she faces Alicia, Naomi, or Tamina before then. One a related note, I really hope they're not trying to turn Charlotte heel. That's out of nowhere and very short-sighted.

5. Not much to add here, other than he could be something of a control freak, unable to pass responsibility to someone else. The impression given is that Vince lives in something of an echo chamber of people telling him what he wants to hear. "It's not your fault, Vince; it's those damn millennials not grabbing the brass ring!" Or what have you.

More wrestling tomorrow.
