Main Event Reax - 12/23/14, Wyatt rumorkiller, more for Del Rio, GFW-NJPW update, Reigns note, Interview with Nash, Smackdown audience, Raw audience, and Questions on music royalties, The New Day, WWE demotions, Raw is Jericho, and live edits

Main Event:
Cesaro and Tyson Kidd make one hell of a team. They've put in years of work to become great wrestlers. They weren't handed a big spot because of their size or look, so they had to bust their asses to be great performers. Their dedication to the craft really shows. I think Diego and Fernando are a nice duo, too.

Kidd/Cesaro/Natalya make a fun trio. I like watching them.

Good segment with The New Day, Goldust, and Stardust. It was kind of goofy, but I liked it. I don't know why "Big E sweating" is part of the equation, but it's mostly a positive act.

Nice enough match between Summer Rae and Brie. I hope Summer has a good future, and not just because she went to college in NC.

I liked Big E vs. Stardust well enough. They can only do so much more with this feud.

Swagger vs. Harper was really solid. I hope they both got kudos for their work here.

Everything else from Tuesday is after the break.

Bray Wyatt is OK after Raw. Some reports had him as hospitalized or injured, but there's no truth to that.

The former Alberto Del Rio could be heading to Bellator. He has an MMA background. I think he could do quite well.

GFW announced they will be part of the press conference ahead of the NJPW Tokyo Dome show. That's pretty cool. It's a big show for them.

What's believed to be the official poster for Fast Lane is circling the Internet. It features Roman Reigns. Let the rumors of his push continue to grow.

Kevin Nash talked about the WWE Hall of Fame and more:
- I think the Four Horsemen might have been more influential than the nWo. It's worth a debate.

- I hope Nash has some good picks for Haitch to sign in NXT.

- The only reason I can think of where Nash isn't in the Hall of Fame already is because he's been on good terms with WWE for a long time and there might be a feeling they can induct him at any time, since there's little chance of the bridge being burned. I'm sure he'd like to have one (or two, or three, or more) last big paydays from WWE before he goes in, though.

The Smackdown replay Friday did roughly 2 million viewers. I wonder how many repeat viewers they had from the live show?

Raw's audience Friday was 3.63 million. That's a bit up from the previous week.

For my take on Tuesday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. I guess that's the case. WWE didn't get EVERYTHING from buying WCW. Maybe the music deals have expired since 2001 or whenever, and it's not worth it financially for WWE to buy them back.

2. Who the heck was expecting them to be heels? Maybe early on, but not when the vignette started airing. I think they're a good team. They've gotten a good deal of screen time and promos/vignettes. I don't know why they're not as over as some want.

3. I'd love for them to send some names down to NXT to re-prove themselves while some of the underutilized talents get their air time. Then again, that would mean they'd take screen time from the trainees.

4. I think there's a general feeling of "WWE sucks" that's taken over. They have momentum against them in that regard with some people, and honestly have an uphill battle in changing that even if they put on great stuff. As for the criticisms, only a couple are even worth addressing. Some are really vague (terrible booking) or honestly a little weak (Rollins stuttered). Anyway:

- Of course Heyman's going to talk about something from last week. That's what generally happens on a weekly, episodic show. No problem here.

- I don't think Cena assumed the role as GM. Jericho still made the call.

- The point of Heyman vs. Jericho was their heat from the ECW days, and to set up Brock's return. Important segment.

- Maybe Jericho was abusing his power? Perhaps that will be addressed in the future.

- Rollins' booking vs. Cena is a valid concern. Rollins deserves better.

- The relationship between Heyman, Brock, and Rollins will probably be expanded upon in the weeks to come. It make more sense then. Have some faith.

5. There's usually a five-to-seven second delay for those purposes.

More wrestling coming up.
