More on Punk's big signing, Former WWF/WCW name passes, Ziggler wants a Slammy, Reigns married, Taker set for WM31?, and Questions on the Slammys, the IC Title, Vince's power, WWE doctors, and millenials

Here's C.M. Punk's interview at UFC 181 about signing there. I'm curious to see how he does, but probably won't be covering since it's not wrestling.

Update: AJ Lee commented on the move. I imagine she'll be in attendance.

Update: Here are some other Punk interviews. It's the buzz of the MMA world, for sure.

Update: WWE issued a brief statement. Punk didn't even get a picture. Wow.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

Former WWF, WCW, and Smoky Mountain name Jimmy Del Rey has passed away at 52. Here's a rundown of his career. That's not all that old. Every moment's precious.

Dolph Ziggler tweeted about wanting to win the Slammy for his social activity. It's really shame how WWE's more or less forgotten about Ryder.

Roman Reigns was married recently. That's great!

The Undertaker is on the advertisements for WrestleMania 31. It looks like we'll likely be seeing him after all. Will this be his last Mania?

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. More or less. I imagine a lot of people are just picking their favorite Diva regardless of how good they are. I'd like to see anti-Slammys where fans pick the worst Diva. It'd be a nice change of pace.

2. The IC Title isn't irrelevant at all. The sole survivor of the main event of the last PPV is competing in a gimmick match for the title at the next PPV. It's not as important as the top title, but it's hardly without meaning. If you want to see an irrelevant title, look at the Cruiserweight Title for the tail end of its run.

3. Oh, yeah, this whole thing looks really badly on WWE at a whole. I think this makes it even harder for the company to be taken as a serious entity in the corporate world.

4. Honestly, I don't think it falls on the doctor specifically as much as the company itself. I wouldn't be surprised if there's pressure to keep someone like Punk on the road despite him not being medically ready. There are some serious problems in the culture of WWE.

5. I think there are probably some misconceptions present on the end of the older names because the locker room is spending more time playing video games, etc., instead of whatever was done in previous generations. Some names are definitely going for that brass ring.

More wrestling tomorrow.
