Query on TNA's roster in 2015, Summerslam location confirmed, Russo site partner speaks out, WWE book deal, TNA expands to another country, even more on DeMott, health update on former announcer, Interviews with Titus/Cornette/Sasha/Ziggler, more on Arnold Classic, training for the indies, NXT results, Questions on Zeb, Punk chants, Madusa in the Hall, the Andre battle royal, and the WWE Network

First up, a query:
1. The TNA roster in 2015 definitely seems to be shrinking, at least as far as recognizable names who have been there a while. It's tough to predict who will be added to the roster (maybe Mickie James, on an official basis?), but I think there's a pretty good chance it's the last year there for Kurt Angle. I imagine we'll see some other departures, too, but that happens pretty much every year.

Summerslam 2015 will be in the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. If someone was expecting a big change, sorry. They already had other shows in the area booked.

Vince Russo's partner for his website talked about that recent situation. Let it serve as a warning about not getting contracts in writing.

WWE will now be working with ECW Press for book releases. Pretty appropriate given the name!

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

TNA programming will now be airing in Brazil, including Impact Wrestling, Xplosion, and PPVs. That's good for TNA!

Tommy Dreamer talked about working with Bill DeMott and more. The business isn't what it used to be. "Stretching" people to show what it's really like to be in a hold is one thing. Physically abusing people who are injured is something else entirely. Ditto for hazing.

Update: The former Brandon Traven confirmed the letter floating around about his time working with Bill DeMott on his Twitter page, saying more info will be released this weekend. I definitely don't see this as bitter ex-employees seeking attention.

Update: Another former developmental name commented on the allegations. I wonder if anything will actually come of this.

Update: Darren Young talked about his own training. I can't think of a single bad thing I've heard about Dr. Tom as a trainer. Very much a respected person. DeMott on the other hand? Not so much.

Former WWF wrestler announcer Angelo Mosca has been diagnosed with early stages of Alzheimer's. That's very unfortunate to hear.

Titus O'Neil talked about PTP being reunited and more. I'm very curious to see if they'll eventually hold tag team gold.

A schedule has been released for WWE/NXT at The Arnold Classic. WWE's going all out at that event! I'm glad they're doing so many live matches and tryouts to continue the evolution of the developmental end of the company.

Update: Here are the results for night one, which includes some material to be shown on the NXT show. NXT is going places.

Jim Cornette talked about the state of the business and more. I think he raises some good points about the WWE Network and Roman Reigns, although we're at a time when a lot of people weren't paying for PPVs, period. Definitely worth looking at what he's thinking, though.

An MTV blog looked at a day training for pro wrestling. There are reasons I prefer talking about wrestling than actually trying to do it.

WWE.com interviewed NXT Women's Champion Sasha Banks. She's really going places. We didn't see as much from her in her first year or so, but she's picked up the pace since then. Her work with Charlotte has been amazing, better than some of her male counterparts.

WWE also talked to Dolph Ziggler about becoming a comedian. Always interesting to get in the mind of a performer. Pretty good read.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. I certainly miss him, too. One of the all-time greats.

2. I also wish they'd chant for AJ and Paige. I appreciate them remaining fans of Punk and all, but at some point it's time to realize he's not coming back.

Nothing to add to 3.

4. Oh, boy. Throwing the belt in the trash was an angle her character did, not something indicative of her actual feelings for the business. This would be like punishing Sgt. Slaughter for being an Iraqi sympathizer. Hopefully we see Miss Elizabeth go in in the near future. She definitely deserves it. I'm guessing they didn't want to do too many deceased names this year.

5. I wouldn't really be surprised, given how low it is on the card.

6. Not a lot to add here. They're working on it!

7. It's possible they still need to digitize some of that older content. They definitely plan on eventually uploading all the episodes, but that doesn't mean they'll all be available at once.

More wrestling tomorrow.
