WWE DVD notes, Warrior Award press release, note on Taker, more 2K15 DLC, WWE looking to trademark gesture, WWE scouting the indies, Interview with Bryan, Miz vs. airline, Wiz on Raw performance, Raw audience, new TNA contract, TNA audience, and Questions on putting Reigns with Heyman, Gail in the WWE HoF, veteran Divas in NXT, spoiling your own show, and AJ Lee's abilities

WWE has released a new Chris Jericho DVD, as well as their Scooby Doo DVD. I'm very curious to see how the latter does!

WWE put out a press release on the first-ever Warrior Award. That's great of them.

Update: They got press for doing so. I think it's a fantastic idea.

The Undertaker's message to Bray Wyatt on Raw referenced a Johnny Cash song. I suspect that will come into play with Taker's entrance this year.

WWE 2L15 now has DLC for Emma, The Ascension, and JBL for an NXT pack, so you can remember how good those wrestlers were before they hit the main roster and WWE had no idea what to do with them.

Everything else from yesterday is after the break.

WWE is seeking to trademark the "Kliq" hand gesture, popularized by the nWo and currently being used by NJPW's Bullet Club. I think they might be within their rights to do, as I don't think The Bullet Club could use something like parody as a defense. But would the ruling just apply in the U.S.? Interesting stuff to follow. Of note, the Bullet Club use that hand signal as an homage to the nWo.

WWE sent out a questionnaire about what independent promotions fans watch, what stars fans would like to see in NXT, and specifically about promotions in the UK, Mexico, and Germany. WWE developmental is really stepping up its game. They're going everywhere for talent, as they should.

Daniel Bryan talked about this year's WrestleMania season. It's a shame he's not in the WWE Title picture this year. Damn.

The Miz talked about losing his bag through United. Their PR team better be on that one!

Wiz Khalifa commented on performing at Raw. I assume his favorite wrestlers are RVD and Jack Swagger.

Raw hit 3.86 million viewers Monday night. Not a bad number at all, although I'm sure they'd like higher numbers this close to Mania.

TNA officially announced Matt Hardy signing a full-time deal. That's a good signing for them given his veteran expertise.

Impact Wrestling got 421,000 viewers Friday night, adding another 160,000 on the replay. That's pretty good for them.

For my take on yesterday's PWInsider.com questions:
1. That's one of the better pitches out there (although that's not saying much). I still think he's going to have to be able to cut promos on his own if he's going to be a top guy. And who's to say fans wouldn't turn on that idea, too?

2. I'm not sure how you make your name in a place with a smaller audience, but I digress. If WWE ever buys TNA, I think it's more likely. I don't know if she'll make it into the Hall anytime soon, either way. She'd be a good pick for TNA's Hall, though!

3. They hired Sara Del Rey, so I don't see Vince's philosophy really affecting what HHH does to train the future Divas. I could definitely see a veteran Diva making her way to NXT. I just don't see it happening right now.

4. Someone definitely needs to figure that out. That's a pretty obvious error to be overlooked. It's good to advertise the next week's show. It's not good to spoil this week's in order to it!

5. AJ has had some really great matches, notably against Kaitlyn. WWE just generally books Divas in quick matches on their main shows, so they follow the really basic formula of getting from point A to point B.

More wrestling tomorrow.
